The location of the hotel was perfect - just directly across the road are steps leading straight to the beach and the local shops. The hotel staff were so wonderful, welcoming and always helpful, they were definitely the best part of our stay! Thank you Sergio and Daniel at the bar, and Jorell - everyone was just so lovely, even all the restaurants we’ve been to just had the friendliest, warmest staff. The outside pools were cold but then again so was the beach and it’s still early April, not really a downside though as the hotel has an indoor pool which is heated although we havent tried it as the outside areas as just too beautiful.

Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs, lots things to do for a day. The kids clubs was excellent and night entertainment was brilliant. Loved the swimming pools with sun bath. 2 heated pool for kids which is super need for April. Kids enjoy so much at this hotel. Half board is lots good choice food to eat. Highly recommend this hotel to all family come over palmanova. The location is easy to reach. And very safe arounding. 3 min walk to sanddy beach. Love it!

Central location, large, clean rooms. Walking distance to beach and very central between Magaluf and Palmanova. Very family friendly. Excellent pool areas and playground for children including bouncy castle.

Room overlooking car park despite being a returning customer for over 12 years. Heated pool, not very heated and part of the reason for booking this hotel at this time of year. Cocktails pricey and not very much alcohol in them.

Breakfast and lunch one day we ate all inclusive and it was lovely. Cocktails were amazing. Kids club staff were great with the kids full of energy and gave them lots of attention. Facilities were fantastic and all so clean. The room was so modern and spotless and a great layout. Staff were very friendly. Staff always helpful at reception. Mini disco was lovely and night entertainment. Complex very well maintained. Short walk to shops, beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was as good. Liked all the kids entertainment. Wet bubble was fab!

Coffee at breakfast was pretty crappy. Holiday with kids needs a good coffee.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out our every need was catered to by the most friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities were everything we needed while travelling with a young baby. Opted for self catering as we like going out and about. The location was absolutely ideal, close to the beach and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. We especially loved the wrist bands that made it easy to get drinks/food without having to worry about cards/cash. The entertainment at night was a nice touch which provided a lovely atmosphere the whole family could enjoy.

We had to leave early for a 07:00 flight, so I asked—more than 24 hours in advance—if we could get breakfast to go, especially considering we were traveling with our two-year-old son. The response? I was told to take a banana from dinner. When I tried to buy something from the hotel’s store, the staff were busy with other tasks and unable to assist. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The property is located near to the main beaches , bars and clubs.

We were given a bracelet on arrival which you used to access your room. Its a cashless hotel so could also charge items from the bar. This was great. The kids club was brilliant, you could drop and go in the morning and do activities in the afternoon. They even worked into the evening with activities. The pool had comfortable swim up beds. Excellent pool facilities for the kids, large park and bouncy castle.

The kitchenette was basically, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Not big enough to cook meals but just right for making light breakfasts and snacks.

Excellent and friendly staff. Very clean. Great kids club. There is a small soft play area and movie on throughout dinner and breakfast service. Buffets were plentiful and varied.

The playground is open to the carpark and street. As it is out of sight (hidden behind the big pirate ship in kids swimming pool) it didn't feel secure enough to have kids go there without supervision.
