Great location if you are traveling by train or via Frankfurt Airport (airport reachable via train, takes about 10 minutes). 5 min walking distance from Frankfurt main station (exit South). Close to lots of small shops and restaurants, plenty of international food choices. I also walked to ZEIL (shopping area) and came back with a cab. I felt very safe in this hotel as a woman traveling alone, despite the reputation of the area. Room was modern, convenient, spotless clean with a new bathroom and comfy bed. I loved that minibar, breakfast and toiletries were included and staff were friendly folks. Keep a few coins ready to pay the tourist tax at checkout. Much better value for money than the expensive airport hotels, and one actually gets a glimpse of the city. Recommendation!

Stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 nights in early April. We dropped off our bags on route to car hire return and when we got back to the hotel they had sent up our bags to our room. It is a family run hotel with very nice staff. Check in was very quick and Sunni gave all information given as to wifi and breakfast times etc. We were on the 7th floor and the room was large ( No.72 )with two TVs and a double and single bed, room controlled air con and a well lit and ventilated bathroom with a walk in shower with plenty of towels, hair dryer and good extractor fan. Hot water flowed within a few seconds of turning the taps. the room had 4 fully opening triple glazed windows which cut out the street noises very well. The mini bar fridge was quite at night and stocked with water and other mineral drinks free of charge. The room was very clean and made up every day. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread and croissants ,fruits and cold meats. you can have eggs cooked to order boiled, scrambled ,fried.. They have a selection of teas, coffee and juice. The hotel has a tram stop at the hotel for access to the rest of the city and the main train station is a 4 minute walk away. There is a small bar coffee room at reception area

Parking was limited but most hotels nearby were the same

I have to say this place really underrated!! The location is perfect: simply less than 5 mins walk from the main station. And the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The size of the room was okay but good enough for a solo traveler. The shower is AMAZING!!! Strong hot water!!! WIFI works just perfectly and they even have complimentary water and drinks in the fridge. Not to mention the pretty decent breakfast they offer. I'd certainly stay here again if I were to visit Frankfurt next time!!! Highly recommended!!!

Nothing this time!!! If I am being picky, maybe it would be better if there in one extra light for the table area, but overall it didn't bother me at all.

The hotel windows should be replaced with double-glazed ones due to the high level of noise from the street, which makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location is suprime just a few minutes away from the central station. It has a nice central air keeping it cool and comfortable in hot summer. They have been really accommodating when I asked them for an electric kettle so that I could make tea in my room. They first gave me a two single bed room in the back of the building so that it's quiet there. But I preferred a single full bed. They had no problem switching ne to another unit in the front facing the street. I just kept the window shut and the noise didn't bother me as much. It's very clean. The check in time is 12, also fantastic. They also let me use their microwave to heat up my leftover good, super nice.

The room is very small. There is little to no room left after the bed taking so much space. The breakfast is underwhelming. But you can ask them to make srambled eggs for you. They would accommodate your wish and make fresh eggs for you. Other than that, really nothing.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The numerous positive reviews did not fail me and I would absolutely come back if I come back to Frankfurt alone (the room I was in was smaller and the bathroom had a see through door so best to keep that in mind but for me it was extremely cozy and just perfect). Close to the main train station, but distanced enough from the typical stuff around there. Reception was 24/7, everyone from the staff was amazing and acommodating and I felt so comfortable. Minibar had free drinks and was even refilled. Just wonderful, a total recommendation!

I liked absolutely everything, the breakfast, the room, the staff, the service and the location. One should of course choose according to their personal situation, when sharing a room with a friend the see through door would be a hassle for example.

The breakfast was great other than the UHT milk for cereal and coffee. The staff were lovely and there was a good selection. The room was small but that was fine for me as I was traveling alone. I could not have shared the room with my partner as the bed would have been too small and the glass wall for the bathroom would have been unpleasant. The location was great! Right opposite a tram stop and less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. I would stay again if I was on my own.

Not keen on seethrough bathrooms.... I had to close the windows so the office workers across the street couldn't see me in there. I would have preferred a room at the back as the street was very noisy... but it is a city location after all.

We absolutely loved our time at Hotel Europa Life! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast each morning was stellar — fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The coffee was top-notch too, which we truly appreciated. What really sets this hotel apart is the location — it couldn’t be more convenient. Whether you're exploring the city or catching a train, everything is within easy reach. We highly recommend Hotel Europa Life and would absolutely stay here again. An amazing experience from start to finish!

Staff was very kind and was able to fulfil our request to have close rooms as we are a family of 5 (2 rooms booked). The early check in is a plus (11am) because our flight arrived in the morning. The confort of the bed and the breakfast included was very good. Some drinks available for free in the bedroom was very much appreciated. Location was great, very close to the central train station and not so far from the airport and the center city by public transport.

Globally the rooms were very clean but some details were not clean enough for me (under the bed and the duvet cover had a stain). The rooms are tiny but well arranged. It is OK for a short stay !

Very warm welcome by the staff at the reception. Hotel staff was amazing. All were very helpful and went extra mile to facilitate the customers. Special mention must be made for reception staff Mr. Sunnny and Ms. Sahili. The room beverages were complimentary. Break fast was amazing and they asked every guest about their choice of hot beverage and omelets. There was a vide variety of options in the break fast and I must say it was almost breakfast of a 4 star hotel. Absolutely loved my stay there.

Nothing specifically although some people think that the rooms are a bit cramped.
