Breakfast was delicious - lots of choice, good ingredients, nicely cooked The staff were friendly and polite

Too many emails in advance of check-in. Eventually succumbed and replied/responded to some by booking an evening meal at the sister hotel. At the end of the dining experience - none of the details I had entered on line could be found and we paid that evening but at check out I almost ended up paying for this meal twice and without the special package price promised in the email I reserved it through! CRAZY

Clean, comfortable, and modern room and bathroom. Lovely views, friendly and attentive staff, and great food in the restaurant in the evening and at breakfast. Nice cosy bar to relax in. Great that you can access the facilities at the Hydro - thoroughly enjoyed the Victorian baths!

Shower flow was a little slow and seemed to run out of hot water in the evening. However, it seemed a bit better in the morning. Could do with more veggie options on the evening menu 😊

Enjoyed mostly everything at Murray park. The use of the hydro is such a bonus. Food in the restaurant was very nice, breakfast was mostly lovely. Staff were all pleasant, room was comfortable and large. Location great, not far from town but relatively quiet. Close to the golf course to get a hit or two in, and close to the hydro.

Only deducted one point for minor things. Having a chromecast on the tvs so we could stream movies would be a bonus (obviously an unnecessary luxury though) No toilet paper in room on arrival (fixed with a quick visit to reception though) Light in car park next door shone through window all night (pointed directly at the window lol) but the curtains were thick enough to block a lot.

We liked how we were treated at reception on arrival. We were early and obviously didn't expect our room to be ready but the receptionist told us to leave our bags and they would be taken up to our room later. We have been to the Murray Park on previous occasions and the service is still as excellent as ever. Our room was spacious and we particularly liked the Smeg fridge. It's also a bonus that you can use the facilities at the Hydro.

Would have liked a walk-in shower as it's awkward stepping into the bath first.

Our room was larger than we expected with a lovely view of the grounds. Well kitted out with dressing gowns , fridge etc. There was also a surprise gift from the hotel as it was my husband’s birthday, thank you so much ! Breakfast was excellent with hot food made to order ! Staff were welcoming and helpful during our stay !We will definitely visit this hotel again!

Perhaps a wider choice of options on the dinner menu . We thought the menu was possibly better on previous visits so we decided to have our evening meal up at the Hydro instead.

After escaping Mull and a long drive ahead of storm Amy it was a joy to recieve a warm and informative welcome from a lovely guy on reception. He sorted a table for us to eat a half later in the restaurant. The room was warm and comfortable with a functioning towel rail and bathrobes.The staff in the restaurant are all friendly , the evening meal was good as was the cooked to order breakfast.

Small thing- could do with more lighting where cereal and fruit are at breakfast

Lovely hotel in ideal location, 5 mins walk from Hydro and 10 mins from golf course. Room was a good size and well equipped, having a fridge & fan especially was much appreciated. Nice bar area to relax & enjoy a drink, seating also available outside. Plenty space for parking car.

Mixed reviews re food, I wasn’t so keen on the Scottish breakfast but my husband loved it. Evening meals on the whole were nice. Was on the top floor so a fair few stairs to climb, unfortunately no lift.

Peaceful location, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean warm room, helpful staff. Good choice of breakfast food. Restaurant food good. Loved the relaxing lounge bar with log burner. Access to pool facilities at Hydro a bonus.

The standard addition of 10% service fee to the restuarant bill. Prefer to have the choice of whether and how much to tip. Was disappointed there was no table in room, especially as friends room next door which cost exactly the same did have one. . Chairs in room uncomfortable as seat cushions were old/inadequate.

Excellent service from staff throughout our stay. Our rooms were very comfortable and quiet with good en suite facilities. The bar and outside patio area were pleasant places to sit and enjoy a drink. Dinner was lovely with a good choice on the menu. The food was superb. Breakfast was very good with hot food cooked to order, which is great. There was a wide choice of foods for breakfast and we did enjoy what we had. Again, service was excellent. We would definitely return here if we have an opportunity to do so in future.

Can't fault the service or our experience at the hotel.

Great location for our golfing trip to Gleneagles, good breakfast and service. Hotel and bar lacked any atmosphere although cosy and well stocked.

Limited opening times and menu lacking in local Scottish options. All the spa & leisure facilities were at the sister hotel 1/2 mile away so weren't really any use unless you wanted to drive their. The bar, restaurant and menus at the sister hotel looked great by comparison.
