Location, spacious room and good wifi. Excellent breakfast buffet daily and very helpful friendly staff

Slight damage to some of the room features (did not affect use) no iron or board in room and once delivered on request had to be returned within half an hour (not helpful for business travel) Servicing room was limited (I ran out of toilet paper on my last day) Be prepared with a translation app to sort out your check in, check out and special requests (common throughout SP)

Great breakfast. Good size room with king and single bed. Staff were friendly. We could leave our bags before check-in and after checkout. I don't understand why some people give bad reviews

Good location, helpful staff, really good rooms for when on business with large desk and work area. Breakfasts were amazing (daily variety) and balcony with an amazing view was a bonus! Colleague used the pool, while small was good enough to feel like you’d had a swim. All-round excellent value.

Excellent service from the reception staff. Huge room with lots of light and even a small balcony. Well stocked mini bar. The location is ideal, close to pharmacies, bars, restaurants, etc. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Hotel is centrally located around 700m from Avenida Paulista and the shopping area within Jardins area. Hotel as a decent pool and gym on the rooftop. Nice choice of food with different fruit juices / fruits at the breakfast.

English knowledge at the front desk was not sufficient for an international 4-star hotel in the main economic city of Brazil.

The room was incredible, large and well equiped

the breakfast, not healthy at all, not vegan at all. Coffee wasn t very good, either. The kitchen is very low level, we stayed for dinner once and after 40 minutes we’ ve got a sandwich and a omelette that seemed bought in a chesp bar.

The room set-up -- with the built-in desk behind the bed -- was great for working. Location was perfect for what I needed. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The trash bin in the room was coded for recycling -- nice touch.

I was on the 8th floor and it was noisy. (But, this is São Paulo -- not unexpected!) There were a few parts of the room that were dusty (behind the door).

The breakfast was average
