A hotel that includes among its team someone like Mr. Mohammed Shakil, Front Office Manager, is without a doubt a professional asset to both the hotel and its management. His level of professionalism is exceptional, and for guests, he is truly a gift — making them feel as if they are at home, not just staying in a hotel. That is honestly the simplest way I can describe what he brings to the experience. Equally unforgettable is the incredible person and talented chef, Mr. Mahmoud, who, along with his kind colleague Hamza and the rest of the restaurant team, welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their service made us feel as if we were not simply hotel guests, but truly being hosted with care and heart. The restaurant staff work like a well-organized beehive — tireless, attentive, and eager to meet every guest's needs. If they notice that a guest hasn’t eaten properly, they take the initiative, under Chef Mahmoud’s guidance, to check in and ensure the guest is satisfied, even following up to see if any special dietary needs are required. They simply do not rest until they are sure each guest is cared for. I also cannot forget to express special thanks to Ms. Hayat, the attentive floor supervisor, and the energetic staff member Sojib, for their efforts and presence. In all honesty, my stay at this hotel is something I will never forget. I can sincerely say that this hotel will always be my home in Sharjah — especially when I travel with my wife, and soon, with our children as well. Thank you all, from the heart.

Honestly, that question simply doesn't apply when speaking about Red Castle Hotel. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a warm, cheerful, and always-smiling team — from the front desk and management, to the restaurant staff, floor supervisors, and the rest of the crew. Add to that the hotel's excellent geographic location, and you have the perfect experience. In the presence of all that, how could I possibly say there was something I didn’t like?

In the hotel itself, everything was as expected in general, no surprises. The hotel offers 3 buffet meals per day for an extra price.

The pool closes too early, around 6. Also, all the evening hours in the gym are reserved for men, meaning there are no activities for you in the evening if you happen to be a lady. Actually, even though it's a seaside, there are not many facilities around where you can spend time. The public beach also closes around 6.

We had a great stay last weekend and happy to say that we all enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked 3 rooms for our families and everything went superb, from check-in till check-out. All the reception staff and officials were outstanding and polite. The rooms are very big and clean, there is a decent breakfast, and a very clean pool. They allowed us late check out at our request and management staff are also very polite and supportive. Counter staff Ms. Anam, Mr. Leonardo, HR Manager Mr. Abdulla and Mr. Lijo – all these persons require special mention. Thanks to the entire staff and will come back definitely.

My stay at the Red Castle Hotel was truly exceptional. Everything exceeded my expectations. The reception was outstanding, and the staff's professionalism and courtesy were remarkable—especially Mr. Shakeel, whose service was exemplary. The hotel overall was spotless, and the location is excellent. The restaurant was a highlight, with remarkable creativity, particularly thanks to Ms. Janine's presence. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again whenever I visit Sharjah.

We came 5 hours earlier than check-in in and although I had contacted the hotel before arrival to see if it was possible to do an early check-in. When we got there, the rooms were not available as the hotel was fully booked. However, within a few hours, they had upgraded us to a larger room and checked us all in. I have to give a special mention to Saif, who seemed to double up as the baggage handler, customer service, and public relations(a man of many talents), who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Also, a big thank you to Emily and Haroon (sorry if I have got the name wrong) who took care of the rooms for our 3-day stay..

Thank you to all the staff at Red Castle Hotel for our wonderful family vacation. We liked the rooms – very spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant temperature inside. Breakfasts and dinners were tasty and varied. It’s a 7-minute walk to the beach, and there’s also a shuttle that runs several times a day. The staff were very responsive, always ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to the floor supervision team: Rajitha, Sotib, and Phyu. They were always available for any of our additional requests.

it was a great experience over all and the vibe is ROYAL. Good tidy clean room and a must visit. I feel the pool. staffs, presentation everything was really good and top notch. Even the housekeeping staff cleaned up our room very well. Awesome pool placement and the view is best. NO noise less crowded areas away from city is best for some to relax and chill, specially for some who wants to move out of city crowd.

I booked it for my mum and dad. We got a free upgrade, they loved the room! The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. Perfect for Russian-speaking travelers. Breakfast and dinner were always sufficient, good choice, fresh products. The staff are very helpful. One free beach is 10 min walk. Another amazing Khan beach is free for hotel guests too, it is very nice. They have free shuttles to get there too, or 25 min nice walk. Several nice promenades are close. Great value for money!

Hotel is a bit old, though clean. Beach towels can be replaced, there are holes in them. Keys for the rooms need to be re-charged every day.
