Most central location in Tolmin. Very clean comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Little problematic coffee machines.. Regular filtered (american, french) coffee was not available. Very good bouffet dinner. The guy responsible for the bar and diner with the ponytail was making everything possible to give people a good experience although some of the other personnel seemed a little bit in a hurry.

A sofa was available in the room and there was ample of space to put up the luggage. The A/C was very effective. The hotel is right in the centre of Tomlin. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, my room was on the second floor and there was no lift available. The free public parking suggested by the hotel was completely full (and chaotic). Luckily there was another parking area just across the road and since I was staying at the hotel during the weekend, it was free.

The bed was very comfortable and the individually controlled A/C kept the room perfect for sleeping. The room is small but very well laid out and exceeded our expectations. It is as described on the Booking.com website. Breakfast offered everything one would want ( both hot and cold items) and the attentive staff made sure it was replenished frequently. The reception was extremely helpful with check in and check out and even offered ice for my water bottle when we left. Free parking is safe and close to the hotel. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here. . The hotel is a short drive to the Tolmin Gorge which is well worth a visit .

The rooms look like they were recently renovated. They were spacious and had nice view. The breakfast was very good, with home-made peanut butter and pastry

One of our rooms had a dead cockroach in it, which was not cleaned in our second day there (let alone before our arrival). Also, the receptionist on our arrival day recommended a restaurant where we had a very bad experience in (tmin). I know there aren't a lot of restaurants in the area, but he specifically singled them out over the better restaurant across the street. In one of our mornings there, the omelet was over and they didn't make more for a while. I asked and they made more just for me. Seem a bit cheap (it was in the middle of breakfast time, not in the end)

The location was perfect for us, as we went to Tolmin for the 1st edition of the Tolminator Metal Festival, and we could walk to the festival that was just around 10 minutes away. We had a good-sized room with a breathtaking view of the mountains (I will remember that view for the rest of my life!), a very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge, extra pillows & extra duvets. The breakfast was good as well :)

I would have been happier if the floors of our room would have been cleaned every day. I also did ask for a trash bin, as the one in the bathroom was so small, but I never got one. On the last day, they gave us just small towels - no big ones. And I don't think they changed our sheets on a daily bases (we were there for 4 nights). I was still very happy with our stay, but these little things could have made me even happier :)

I had a Superior Family Room, and it was great. Both bedrooms were clean and spacious with comfortable double beds. The bathroom was also larger than average with separate shower and bath tube. The whole interior of the room looked pretty good, possibly recently renovated. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's right in the center of the town with several restaurants and bars nearby. The buffet breakfast was also fine.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and even when worked, it was rather slow. You are probably better off using data roaming.

Very friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, clean rooms with little/no noise and okay beds and AC. Huge bike storage and great location in the city centre of a Tolmin. The small town is a good starting point for heading into the mountains and this hotel is located in walking distance of a handful of restaurants, shops, bakery etc.

Bathroom's and rooms overall are a bit small, but clean. It reflects the price and has everything you need, so it's not really a downside, assuming you head out all day to go biking/hiking.

The room and the bed were excellent, not shy of a 4* hotel. I've slept in 3* hotels in Slovenia with much worse accommodation. Dinner and breakfast were very ok, in a better 3* range. The staff was very helpful. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot, but they direct guests to a safe free parking area less than 100m of the hotel.

Great that we had both bathtub and shower for the room. Breakfast was super. Hotel is in the center of Tolmin.

Elevator is just being built. Check the price and room type by arriving!! We booked cca a month ago a family-suite (44 sqm) for 4 persons that means 2 connected rooms on a higher price. By entering the suite a 22 sqm room we had with a small sofa for the kids. In 2 min we complained at the reception and that was the first time when they said 'oh somebody changed your room type in the system, but now we have no bigger room'. Come on!! And exactly the same happened with a couple in front of us. We had a choice to cancel the accomodation or get a discount, so the price for a this 1 room. One positive thing that they fixed quickly and we got an extra bed into the room.

The staff is lovely and very welcome! The location is simply PERFECT! I would live in that hotel! Something important for me as I work remotely: wi-fi worked great! They have even provided me wi-fi options to work on the restaurant, so good!

I can not actually name something that I didn't like, tbh.
