The staff were wonderful! From helping me with navigation challenges on arrival, meal services to final check out I couldn't have had better care.

The ONLY slight down side to this hotel was the noisy street at night. There is a restaurant across the street and most of the noise seemed to be from late night patrons and the staff cleaning up.

Loved the size of the room, it was beautiful and well maintained. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast had great variety. The patio was lovely when the restaurant wasn't open, but lost its privacy once diners were present at the upstairs tables.

A couple of very small things could have been better - the shower in the Mallorca room was a bit faulty, it kept switching to the bath tap on its own. Also, having the gap in the wall around the top of the bathroom meant my husband and I got to share the sounds and smells of our relationship a little more than we'd usually like to.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Alcudia. Parking outside the city perimeter was also super easy. The hotel is small and very cozy. We had a huge room at the top of the stairs on the left. Breakfast room was nicely decorated in traditional style. Would highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast buffet choices were a bit limited but you could special order eggs. Other than that the place was fantastic!

Excellent location, generous, well appointed room and extremely comfortable bed. Our stay could not have been better. Breakfast was very good and nothing too much trouble, event to the point that staff stayed up late to greet us after a delayed flight and late arrival.

Nothing really to suggest here. The service and quality was excellent and staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

I had an absolutely gorgeous room and bathroom with a small balcony. The accommodation is right in the old city which makes walking around incredibly easy.

You can hear through the door into the stairway which I didn't like. I heard the alarm in the room next to me and every time someone exited and entered the building because I was the first room. I would not recommend if you're a light sleeper. The shutters on the balcony also shook at night (because there were high winds) which made me wake up in a panic thinking someone was trying to get into my room.

Fantastic place to stay and it is very charming. The rooms were much larger than I expected. Bed was super comfortable. The location was right in the centre of the town, which was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The air-conditioning wasn't the best, the room was very warm and stayed warn throughout the night even with the air-conditioning on the lowest temperature.

Amazing location with free parking nearby, beautifully presented 4 bedroom hotel, great restaurant and breakfast, lovely staff, rooms are gorgeous, I accidentally took a towel! Please contact me and I’m happy to pay for it. Thank you for this wonderful hotel option. It truly is exceptional

Lovely Hotel in a great location friendly and helpful staff with great food in the restaurant

The door stop in the bathroom is in a place you stand on when getting out of the shower bath - Maybe an English channel on the tv? not that we were there to watch tv!

The staff at breakfast were super nice and especially the young lady who acted also as receptionist

We had received a message asking for the time of arrival, and this included 7-8am, which was our case (the ferry from Barcelona arrives at 5.30am). We did not expect to check in that early, but we thought we could at least leave the luggage. We tried to call repeatedly from 7.30 onwards and nobody picked up the phone. We managed to find somebody only after 8.30. Two hours later someone (the owner?) finally called back, trying to convince us that they knew nothing about the message asking for our arrival time and almost asking us to apologise..no comment. Be advised that if you decide to go this hotel you must be prepared that apart from breakfast time you will see nobody.

Everything excellent! On the other hand, the hotel is located in the middle of the old town and it's not allowed to go in with the car but the gps takes you in anyways. I think they should warn you in advance to park outside of this area and access the hotel by foot
