The Palms proved to be the Ideal place to stay for our 5 days in Perth . It was situated close to our planned itinerary .The Lady who owned the place was very friendly and accommodating . Even to the extent of staying up to meet us after our late flight . The very near by shopping and restaurant facilities were spot on .

Loved the breakfast and the cheery chatter. Very comfy and friendly. Even managed to let us watch the British F1 on their TV one evening.😍

Teresa was most kind! She can give some recommendations of what to do, makes delicious breakfast and likes to have a nice chat. The accommodation is close to Warwick station from where it's easy to reach different destinations, as the city center, the beach and Hillary's harbour.

Teresa was a wonderful host and very friendly. The place was homely and comfortable and we didn't expect the delicious breakfasts that Teresa cooked for us. The shower was great and the shower recess was huge which meant no water sprayed out on to the bathroom floor and all was fresh and clean. The swimming pool was so welcome in the 39 degree C temperature and was sparkling clean also. There was also a good sized shopping centre within easy walking distance.

The only thing was that the pillows were a little too firm for us so maybe there could be a couple of extras that are a bit softer to give a choice but that is just an individual thing. We still managed fine.

The location was excellent for our Bowling Championships at the local Bowling centre. The host was excellent looking after us very well. Providing breakfast in our room when we had an early start so that we would not miss out.

The accommodation is situated close to a shopping centre (short walk), ideal for shopping, restaurants and take-aways. Trains and buses were easily accessible, making it ideal for using a 'base' when exploring. The owner Teresa is a terrific host, very hospitable, who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Would visit again.

Host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was provided each day, and always really nice. Close to shopping centre and central to Perth and beaches by car. Train station close by 10min to Perth cbd.

Very friendly informative host Teresa welcomed us warmly. Continental breakfast included with something hot each morning- egg one morning, ham/cheese toastie, raisin toast. Very clean and comfy beds. Mismatched furniture so not a stylistic choice but everything you need.

Maybe some new fluffier towels

Very friendly and helpful host. Spotless accommodation and great pool. Varied freshly prepared breakfast with a change of menu each morning.

Nothing not to like!

Each room had its own private bathroom unlike other B&B's where guests have to use a shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Room had a Microwave, Kettle, Fridge and TV plus Cups with Tea and coffee. Water for shower was nice and hot.

There was no cutlery or crockery other cups and a teaspoon. If you cooked a microwave meal, there was not any knives and forks with which to eat the meal. Having a couple of plates to put on a heated up take away meal would also have been handy plus some detergent to wash up.
