Property was clean and well lit after dark, and conveniently located, with a Food City and great Mexican food, Los Poblanos, at the other end of the parking lot. The lobby was bright and friendly and Thomas welcomed me as soon as I entered the building. He met me at the front desk with friendly conversation and was genuinely kind. When he learned the reason behind my stay, Thomas offered empathy and told me a bit about his story — he was very encouraging and I am really glad to have met him. He was everything I didn’t expect in the best of ways: professional, kind, personable, and overall a blessing to encounter. Nicole greeted me at check out and she was fabulous as well.

The rooms were very spacious, staff was lovely and friendly, but not overbearing like they can be at some hotels lol the waffles were good, but they were the only thing worth mentioning at breakfast so no matter what time we went to breakfast there a mighty long line to use the one waffle machine. The facility itself was beautiful, I only wish they'd have lit the fire in the foyer once in a while. There were some cold mornings that we would have relished the heat.

Our toilet in our room took forever to fill, (the back tank) so we had to wait a half hour in between flushes. If we have been staying longer, we would have asked for assistance but figured we could deal with it for a couple days. There were two flavors of oatmeal offered for breakfast and they both had cinnamon in them...I would have preferred even original flavor to that, or even better, something with fruit in it! The restroom was a bit untidy, little hairs here and there, but we're all human, the majority of the room was perfection.

If you plan to go white water rafting this is the perfect location.

The breakfast was lacking. The only option for hot items were either oatmeal you make from packets or a waffle you can make from their waffle maker. Unfortunately four other people were in line waiting to make a waffle since there were few options available so we ended up leaving and picked up breakfast at McDonald’s.

Breanna was the best! The breakfast was OK. Waffles and choices were good.

Upon entering the room there was an odor that luckily, I was able to deal with because I had a bottle of Lysol spray in my car. I do not fault the hotel for this. Some guests are so inconsiderate that the things they sometimes do linger way after they are gone.

Small remodeled hotel, that was fairly clean, stains in carpet and towels weren't the best. They do not use bleach on towels like most other hotels, but was perfect.

Carpet stains, towels not the cleanest. The only real big thing that I was upset about was, they put a group of teenagers in the room above us. All we could hear was them stomping around at 2am, tv loud and kids yelling. People don't have common courtesy anymore. Should put large groups on main floor and smaller on 2nd floor. Overall was happy with stay. Ty

I loved staying here on my way out of town so much that I stayed on the way back into town as well! Very clean, comfortable room and good breakfast. Beautiful area as well. Grocery across the street if you need it.

Only suggestion is if you are a light sleeper, get a room on the backside of the complex. I stayed in the front the 2nd time around and heard every car and motorcycle that drove into the parking lot.

Stayed in this place for personal travel to visit family. Was a great stay - the rooms were big and clean. They had a mini fridge. AC and internet worked well. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was very minimal, but was really just an added bonus. This place is right next to a grocery store and dollar general if you need any quick supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Impeccably clean room with comfortable bed. Utilized the kitchenette and was grateful for the counter space. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was nearly all carbs. The protien choice was high sugar yogurt. The offerings were all continental. Ended up eating breakfasts at nearby restaurant. Very disappointing.

The girl who checked us in was awesome, she was very nice and helpful. She greeted me and the gentleman behind me with a smile and talked to us as if she’d known us her whole life.

The location was perfect, it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Room was clean, and the pillows are very comfortable.

The bed was hard No Internet service And the selection of breakfast could use some more proteins.
