Room, pool restaurant, public area's very clean and tidy. Staff friendly

There seemed to be load music in the distance at times not sure if it was concerts from neighbouring hotels or sometimes from others guests possibly. I suspect there was more than one room cleaner. they did a good job but we suspect one cleane rushed through the room quickly often, for example leaving the kitchen bin out on the floor with no bag fitted and cupboard door open, bathroom bin no bags fitted. In comparison another cleaner paid attention to detail making the bed and aligning the pillows. No big deal but it was noticed, still appreciate what they did though.

There were many extras at this resort that were fun for our whole family. There are tennis courts and a basketball hoop that my boys used. there was a mini golf course and a putting green that we all used. The pool area was fantastic and they really monitored the "holding" of space which was a bonus because most places do not bother to help like that. The food at the onsite restaurant was a lot better than I thought it would be for "pool" food. The drinks were a bit weak but that is pretty typical. We didn't use the spa services or the movie theatre but they looked really good. the fitness center was compact but had a lot to offer. All in all a great stay I wish we had longer on this vacation would stay again. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The beds were not great but we were so tired at the end of the day it didn't matter so much. the jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a plus too.

I loved that when checking out, my daughter wanted to swim again. The front desk staff said she can because we hadn't left the property yet and provided her a towel. I also liked how there were activities to do. We enjoyed snowcones at the pool and made Keychains together. I liked how there were swimming toys available as well.

After checking in, we went to our room and it was not the one I had booked. Went back to the front desk and told the lady that wasn't the room I paid for. She said "there is a free upgrade" and how this happens sometimes. I didn't understand why it was a free upgrade or an upgrade in general... I paid for that room. Also, there were water bugs at the pool during the evening/night time and one had bit me.

The property (garden, trail, and surrounding area) is beautiful and very well kept up. The villa's were so clean, had everything you needed and more! Plenty of towels in the room and for the pool. The food options at the restaurant "Splash" are great, maybe a couple more things would make it perfect. Pool and accessibility to things were easy for everyone. LOVED all the daily activities for the kids (and adults), it helped to break out the day at the pool. Genevieve was awesome and all the activities were different each day. Chris the bartendar so was so personable, attenative, gave some fun options for cocktails, and was so nice.

All the food is served in Styrofoam containers regardless of where you are eating. Would be great to see inexpensive reusable baskets or plates. A few more lounge chairs by the pool would be great, but they were awesome but clearing spots if towels were just sitting there. Daily themed cocktails/kiddy cocktails would be a fun addition along with having someone working directly at the outdoor bar instead of the "order at the window" for everything would make it more personable and less like I'm ording fast food at a resort. Forced tab close outs with employee shift changes was a bit odd and didn't give the opportunity for us to tip the way we wanted.

The room was great. It smelled very strongly of bleach when we walked in and it looked like the couch had been freshly cleaned, so we knew that it was very clean, which was nice. The pool, mini golf course and tennis/pickle ball courts were fun!

They did not provide coffee filters; we had to use paper towel to filter our coffee :( .

Love the loft and the design of the place. We had a private terrace off the loft and we could see the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the huge tub and shower as well.

We had a smoke alarm battery go off in the middle of the night. Needless to say, sleeping was a bit difficult then. There should be a schedule of replacing those yearly to anticipate this. Why would you want your guests to suffer through that? I let the front desk know the next morning. They said they would replace it. No apologies. No, I hope you didn't have a rough night... Other than that, I would highly recommend the place.

The property was surprisingly quiet for this central location. The kitchen was just big enough and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The extra bed in the loft was a nice touch. Staff was nice as well.

The property was older and needed some repairs and maintenance. The water heater is not large enough to fill the bathtub and the tub is not long enough to stretch out in, which was a bit disappointing. Finish was also peeling off inside the bathtub. A few items needed to be repaired but the technician was accommodating. Some things could have been a bit cleaner, and housekeeping staff did not speak English.

Loved the hot spa, mini golf course, and labyrinth. I also loved that it’s walking distance to downtown Scottsdale!

Didn’t love the studio with divider drapes that didn’t cover the entire room (about a foot of space was left on either end if you slid it one way or the other) Was also inconvenient to only have one bathroom for the studio with loft. Wish there was a small bathroom upstairs even if just a toilet and sink Didn’t like indoor ambiance of the on site restaurant and food wasn’t super great. Had to go elsewhere for all meals. Would like it if you sold bags of name brand coffee in the lobby

This hotel was amazing! The room was beyond what I expected. Two rooms, a living room with a large table to eat at. a very large spa bathtub in the main bedroom and a great kitchen. This room felt cabana like- somewhere tropical. It could literally fit 6 people with room. Lots of things happening at this hotel for guests, even a movie theatre. The swimming area was great also. I can't tell you enough to reserve this gem. I didn't want to leave. No joke. The vibe was so good......

There was nothing I didn't like----I wanted to stay longer.

lots of activities to keep our 11-year old entertained. The pool area was great, the villa super comfy. The staff members were really nice and accommodating, especially the night desk man who checked us in after midnight, and the woman at the front desk who invited us to stay and enjoy the pool after checkout, as our flight wasn’t until later. Just a great spot for a short getaway. I also really enjoyed the pool noodle workout - a super fun multi-generational class with kids as young as 3 participating with several older folks.

Really, nothing.
