The sauna, the lake, the tennis court, the restaurant. We spent a lot of time in the sauna, including the one close to the lake.

Air conditioning is not available except in July-August, despite the room being advertised as having it. When we arrived it was 30C, sun warmed the room all day, and it was impossible to sleep at night. We asked the staff to turn it on but they refused (June). We opened the windows at night but insects got in and kept waking us up. Those first two night were frustrating, specially given we booked the best room, but fortunately the rest of the stay was cold.

What I liked most about the Hotel is the staff, it was truly exceptional, all of them! The hotel itself is very pretty and so well located, the view from the restaurant's terrace was breathtaking. The spa & indoor pool's building seemed quite new and it was very well made. The fact that there is a private beach is priceless; unfortunately it was not warm enough to really enjoy it. The restaurant was quite amazing, good quality food and great selection of wines. It is a bit expensive for France though... I would recommend going, it is truly worth it and I would go back myself. It more a 4* than a 3* hotel for sure.

We were staying in a separate building, not the main hotel building; and our room had a carpet; it looked very old and not modern at all. the room was quite small, especially for the price. The price does not match the room but the other facilities of the hotel (spa, pool, private beach). I regret we had to pay to play tennis even though they lent us the rackets and balls; this was not necessary especially for the price of the room (which was soso).

The location was very good, food was good, a swim in Lake Annecy (temp 16degrees) refreshing and well worthwhile

It was autumn so the garden was looking a bit tired, and the tennis court is also rather tired

Delicious breakfast in a superb setting overlooking the lake. The Situation of the hotel couldn't be any better with direct access onto the lake.

Evening meal quite expensive but similar in price to other hotels nearby.

Great three-star hotel with good value and seems recently renovated. Beautiful private lakeside area and other private garden areas. Rooftop restaurant and lounge/bar area for wonderful, peaceful views. Note that the back building of the hotel does not have a lift.

Amazing location and gardens. The beach is wonderfull. We had an excellent vacation

Some if the rooms are directed to the street. There was a little bit noise. It didnt disturb at night to sleep. Also no elevator and 3 floors to climb. The food is a bit overpriced.

The location on the Side of the lake was idyllic. The staff were very friendly The food was excellent

The rooms were small with no where to sit The separation of the annexe from the main hotel was unfortunate especially as it rained

Beautiful Hotel right on the lake. The decor, style and overall design is stunning. The sauna and pool inside are great with lovely fresh bedrooms.

We were a large group so it was a shame the bar by the lake was not open- despite the hotel being fully booked. The staff were good but kept putting the wrong drink orders on different rooms despite us reiterating over 10 times to ask for room numbers.

Lovely location, private beach area and bar were nice, breakfast buffet was good and staff were very helpful!

Small rooms and no elevator in adjacent building that was also part of the hotel. No air conditioning so room was very hot.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location. The photos don’t do this place justice. So happy we chose to stay here, only a short drive from Annecy but is much more tranquil than the town. The views over the lake are exceptional. The staff were so helpful during our stay and the boat ride with the owner is a must!! Absolutely blown away by the beauty of this place. Will definitely be returning. And the spa is en extra treat too!

Nothing- absolutely perfect. Would 1000% recommend.
