The staff at this hotel are very friendly, kind and helpful - I would stay again just simply because every employee, from the front desk, the servers in the breakfast room and the housekeeping staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is well-located, comfortable and very clean. The rooms are on the small side, but are extremely well-designed for comfort and aesthetics. The breakfast is very good, with eggs and espresso drinks made to order, and a great buffet section and everything is restocked constantly so it is very fresh.

There was major construction on the road just outside the hotel during our stay, but the hotel staff contacted us well in advance and offered plenty of support to mitigate any problems this might cause. It ended up causing us no problems.

The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and perfectly located — but what truly made my experience special was the incredible service from Stella at the reception. Stella went above and beyond to help me with a personal matter during my stay. Thanks to her kindness and support, an important letter I needed to send reached its destination on time — and it brought joy to many people. Her genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression. Thank you, Stella — your help meant more than you know! Excellent location on the edge of the historic towm, just a couple of minutes walk from the main street. Corner rooms feature a balcony, offering a lovely view towards hiistric and modern parts of the city. There is a nice bar on the top floor. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Rooms are a bit tight, so using the facilities might involve a bit of maneuvering, plus no work area - there is a small table, but if one would want to sit with a laptop they'd have to sit on a bed. The hotel has no own parking. There is a big one just outside, but during the time of my visit it was closed due to a funfare, and the options were either to park overnight on a street, risking a fine due to time limits, or to use an alternative city parking, the nearest being some 5-7 min walk away (but I guess you may also try parking on an unmarked spot on one of nearby streets).

The location of the hotel was good, very central. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Modern television with built-in apps (Netflix). The breakfast was good. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Nice little gestures (cookies available in the lobby, chocolates in the room upon arrival)

The room was a bit small and the organisation a bit confusing - e.g. bathroom sink in the bedroom and clothes hooks behind the television. The bathroom was very small (basically a toilet and a shower) and very dark (no window and not much light). No parking available directly at the hotel - we used a gated public parking close to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique and luxurious hotel, and the experience was simply outstanding. The dedicated staff provided warm and personal service, always ready to assist with any request. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. Special thanks to Michael for his exceptional hospitality. The room was a bit small but very well-designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and functionality. Everything was super clean, which made it even more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the old town, making it easy to explore on foot. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel blends modern interiors with a beautifully preserved historical exterior. Its central location is unbeatable - right in the center of the old city, just across from D’Avila Garden and steps from the old city’s main street. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable, with a brand-new bathroom and plenty of hot water. The thoughtful touch of complimentary water bottles and the genuinely friendly, helpful staff added to the positive experience. Breakfast, included in the stay, featured a small buffet with fresh coffee and eggs made to order. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, and I’d happily stay here again in the near future.

The hotel was exemplary with respect to both the quality of the rooms and the range of services provided. Although construction works are currently underway in front of the main entrance, the location remains highly advantageous. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, consistently apologising for any inconvenience and exhibiting a genuine willingness to assist guests. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the available options were of excellent quality.

The rooms were very small and the windows didn’t seem to keep out the noise from outside. We moved from a front room overlooking the Christmas Funfair to a back room which was much quieter apart from the domestic argument going on in the building behind the hotel… this of course wasn’t the hotels fault ! Everything just seemed kind of crammed in including the tables and chairs at breakfast. The sink being in the bedroom was very strange indeed! No British news channel, (BBC) was blocked out 😕

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the center of Nicosia. The entire property has been recently renovated, featuring modern and elegant decor. It is also very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and clearly dedicated to making a positive impression on their guests. The breakfast is varied and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The waitstaff are always ready to prepare freshly made coffee drinks, like cappuccinos, that are both delicious and carefully crafted.

Everything about my stay was great, there's nothing negative to report. Highly recommended!
