The breakfast was excellent value for money and the female breakfast staffperson was very efficient and kept the breakfast area clean and tidy.

Nothing about the hotel and the check in staff were superb, friendly and accommodating my son and I. Only downside is the immediate external area, where there is lots of graffiti. If there was more security lighting, and clearing of the litter, empty beer bottles, people would feel safer.

The property had two spacious bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room area. The bathroom was separated from the toilet and was an adequate size. There were clean towels in the bathroom. The kitchen strip was well supplied with plates, glasses, cutlery, mugs, bowls etc. There was even a dishwasher with tablets supplied. The fridge was a fair size. There were two lifts. Reception staff were helpful. It was a short walk to the nearest tram stop. The building was situated close to a convenience store.

There was no balcony, but the property was not advertised as such so it was no surprise. The surrounding area had a lot of graffiti. The views from the property were not great.

Nice option if you plan to stay longer as these mini apartments have cooking essentials. Very Strategic location as it's at the train station, and close to tram connections. Staff was nice and even solved issues at 2 in the morning. Room was nice, clean, comfortable

The building could use some renovation. Carpets and hallways showed signs of time, stains, etc Breakfast good for my taste, but not much variety. I don't have dietary restrictions but few more options would be nice. Although in Strategic position, the access is in not such nice corner. Not the property fault of course, hopefully it can be arranged with neighbourhood to give more spark to the area.

Very central and price for money is definitely worth it. The sofa bed was already with bed sheets when we opened it, which made it very easy for us when we arrived late after dinner. Very central but still protected by any noise. The staff was very helpful, and they offered us some bottled water for free when we arrived. We stayed one night, we could move by foot around the city.

There is no airco (which we knew in advance) but the when opening the window in the bedroom to get some air, it will open literally on the bed. So if you wanted to lay down, you had to keep the window closed as it didn't have the "tilt and turn" option to get ventilation. The carpet on the ground floor in front of the lifts was in horrible conditions (dirty with black stains etc).

The property was in very close to the metro station and is very convenient to travel to any part of Paris. There was a mall just next door and a few good places to eat as well. The room is large enough and easily accommodates 3 people. The bathroom was clean and we didn't have anything to complain.

The staff needs to be a bit attentive, the WIFI wasn't working for most of our stay and when we complained none took it seriously. No assurance that the internet will be working, finally we just gave up on the internet at the place.

The hotel was very close to the train station and the tram stop. It was 20 minutes walking from the city center. The room was clean and had all possible tools (kitchen, dishwasher, iron board). The personnel were very helpful and gentle. The breakfast was good and complete.

It's a fair place to stay, also for longer time. I would definitely choose this place if I come back to Grenoble. Kitchen has everything, nice bathroom and bed.

Renovated, clean, everything you’d need in a holiday apartment. Also I had requested a room on an upper floor and was given one, which had a view of the mountains. I appreciated that. The person who was at reception when I arrived was very helpful.

Location was very good, breakfast was good, staff were good and rooms were clean.

The shower in our room was not functional for tall people, couldn’t shower properly. The air conditioner couldn’t be set any lower then 24°c which is quite hot over night.

Apartment exceeded expectations. Very well designed, excellent use of the space. The breakfast was great, the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The shower head (room 903) needs to be replaced.
