size and layout of room great the best standard room we have ever stayed in , pools were very good salt and fresh water clean warm , breakfast was excellent such a selection and well organised the chefs and table staff so friendly. the cleaning staff and reception staff were also very good.

we didn’t like the position of the rooms ? they put us right overlooking a children’s playground ground why??? by the time we realised we had already unpacked and didn’t want to repack! not enough sun beds and no one controlling towels left on beds all day empty. price of drinks too high ,doesn’t encourage people to stay and drink in the hotel. sometimes the reception desk was slow and you were kept waiting because not enough staff.

Very big room and amazing ocean view from the balcony! Definitely go for an ocean view if you can – it was our favourite part of the stay. The swimming pools are big and nice, access to the public beach is very easy (beach itself is not great but it's enough if you're only looking for a swim in the ocean). The buffet and restaurant food is okay, definitely not the best we had in resorts of this type but plenty of variety. Evening entertainment is great of great quality – we really enjoyed it and the bar it was held at. Ps, for all my vaping/smoking friends – there's a nice outside area at the bar for smokers to enjoy an evening drink with a cigarette that provides a great view of the evening entertainment stage. During the day (by the pools) there's a bench where you can smoke (not the best) but you can definitely find a secluded sunbed to vape in peace if you wish :)

As many mentioned the hotel is a bit dated and fairly old. I wouldn't really call it a 5 star if I was honest because of how old the main lobby is and how simple the furniture is.

Lovely property and well presented

View from our room was poor. Certainly took away from our full enjoyment of holiday. Guess we were just the chosen unfortunate ones!

All facilities at the Hotel were great. The room was excellent and a good size, with a really neat wardrobe. The balcony overlooking the sea was excellent. Breakfast and the restaurant for dinner were great value for money. This is a good Hotel and the staff make a big effort to make sure everything goes well. The Hotel has a couple of monster hotels either side of it if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time book this hotel the other 2 look like chaos. Great Hotel Great staff great value for money

Wifi and the Hotel App were a bit hit and miss. Having to re-log in every day was a pain. There is a fridge in the room, but its locked. You need to buy some stuff from the Hotel to open the fridge - a bit strange but we got a few beers and some water and had use of the fridge

Beautiful hotel with great open space design, very clean rooms and outdoor area, one heated pool with salt water ideal for swimming even in coldish weather, and the other non-heated with still water also great.

Amazing hotel, more like a retreat. Stunning views and very relaxed vibe. Also super secure. The staff were great and the vegan food options were good too.

The only down side was no vegan wine. When I spoke to the staff they said o should have contacted them to say I was vegan ahead of the stay. But o did via booking.com and was advised by the hotel people on email that o should just notify the staff when I arrived (which I also did).

Heated pool and hot tub has big value when traveling late in the year.

Opening hours in the lobby bar seems to be random

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We traveled with two children under the age of 10 and stayed in the family suite, which was perfect because it offered a separate bedroom for the children. I appreciated the little details like the stool in the bathroom because it made easier for helping the children with brushing their teeth and washing up. We also LOVED the kids pool area, which was like a mini water park for small children, and the kids club - the kids didn’t want to leave. We selected half board (breakfast and dinner), and the food selection was plentiful and tasty. The kids enjoyed the children’s buffet, especially the ice cream bar. We enjoyed time in the spa, while the kids were in the kids club. The highlight in the spa was the heated beds. Staff in every area of the resort were friendly and helpful. The views from our room and along the property were amazing. I highly recommend for families!

Enjoyed the spa, but the large spa pool wasn’t as hot as expected. The salt water jacuzzi was a good temperature, but could use a cleaning. There were bits of something floating around when the bubbles stopped.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous, the staff are incredible, the room (double sea view) was just amazing and the food in every restaurant is 5 star quality

Nothing to complain about and anyone who does are not accustomed to a hotel of this standard or quality
