As soon as we arrived at Bitcoin, we were blown away by the experience. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the pictures on the website didn't even do it justice. The breakfast that we were served was delectable, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Throughout our stay, Robert and Svemba went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were always smiling and ready to assist us with anything. We were even given the opportunity to stay a few extra hours after the checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. And let's not forget about the beach - it was just a few steps away from the property, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Airport transfer and tour transportation are also efficient and reliable. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience at Bitcoin, thanks to the fantastic hospitality and beautiful surroundings.

We recently had the absolute pleasure of spending 12 glorious nights at Bitcoin, and we genuinely cannot find a single fault with our experience. As a family of four, we opted for the Pool Villa with Sea View, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Pre-Arrival Experience: From the moment we first communicated with the owner prior to booking, we were impressed by the professionalism and warmth. The owner was responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful in answering our questions and ensuring everything was prepared for our stay. This set the tone for what became a wonderful holiday. Our villa was everything we hoped for and more. It was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need and serviced daily. Fresh bedding and towels were provided regularly, and the attentive staff ensured that our private pool was cleaned every day, keeping it pristine and free of debris. The villa itself was spotless, thanks to the dedicated small team that worked tirelessly to maintain the entire property in immaculate condition. The on-site restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all reasonably priced, and every meal we tried was cooked fresh and bursting with flavour. Our favourite was the seafood platter—huge and incredibly tasty. While the waiting time for food was typical of any restaurant, it was always worth it once the food arrived. The care put into each dish truly stood out. The staff at Bitcoin were phenomenal. Every single member of the team was kind, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, no matter what time of day it was. We particularly appreciated the WiFi and WhatsApp services, which made it easy to communicate with staff and arrange for things like room service. Responses were prompt, and service was always delivered with a smile. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is important to set the right expectations—it lacks nothing in terms of comfort and basic amenities. It offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay and is good value for money. Staying in a villa is the best option for those traveling with friends and/or family, as it provides a private space to relax and enjoy the ocean view. One of the villas has a swimming pool, while another features a spacious garden with a tub facing the ocean and a swing (where we stayed). It’s an ideal setup for reading, playing games, and unwinding in a tranquil setting. The beach is good and the location is surrounded by restaurants and other nearby hotels, perfect for sunset cocktails, lunch, or dinner or even massages (the hotel does not have a spa). The hotel also serves food, though it’s advisable to allow at least an hour for preparation. The avocado with banana chips is a recommended dish. Breakfast is not served buffet-style, but there are multiple options to choose from. Guests can vary their selection daily by informing reception the day before, and requests are accommodated accordingly. The standout feature of the stay is the staff. Warm, helpful, and consistently professional, they organized our excursions and transfers in advance with great efficiency. Everything runs smoothly and on time, allowing guests to fully enjoy their experience without stress. The welcoming attitude and attentive service truly enhance the overall stay.

The location of our hotel was beautiful, it was quiet so was perfect for my honeymoon. I liked how the hotel is located in a village and seeings locals outside and activities to do and stuff to buy. My room had all the facilities we needed and AC/fan was good. Staff attended to our needs and looked after us well. I like the view from sitting at the top when we had our breakfast lovely view from the beach side. The pool was nice too and because it was quiet we still had our privacy.

The room was a bit small, but that was because the other rooms was fully booked out. The breakfast was lovely but was getting a bit boring with the repeated breakfast meals, more options would be nice. The wifi was down most of the time, so wasn’t helpful for us as we needed to get around places but eventually got the wifi working.

Everything was outstanding. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the bungalow was comfortable and spotlessly clean with an air conditioner to keep cool. The whole complex was very quiet - even when overlooking the pool area and reception we could hardly ever hear noise coming from outside. The food was just fantastic. Breakfast was tasty, just make sure to order it the night before. They even made us a breakfast box on our last morning when we left for the airport early before the kitchen opened. The lunches and dinners were delicious and very reasonably priced - all food was fresh and healthy. Beer was available and also very reasonably priced. The location is in a nice quiet village with a lovely beach and near the Rock restaurant. We would happily go back to Bitcoin Beach Hotel - it's paradise!

Everything was great! The only thing that could catch people out is that final payments for your food and drinks is in cash - make sure to have some spare with you.

A very good hotel for anyone who like solitude and own time. Beaches are not crowded, location is exotic and near to rock restaurant. Staff were very supportive and friendly.

Swimming pool had same salt water as the ocean.ì

I recently stayed at a charming bungalow hotel that exceeded all my expectations. This small yet cozy retreat was a delightful find. The bungalows, though modest in size, were impeccably clean and well-organized, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the real highlight of this hotel was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness. Every member of the team was incredibly kind and heartfelt, always ready to meet our needs with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an intimate and relaxing experience, surrounded by tranquility, with service that truly stands out. A stay here is an invitation to return!

Bitcoin Beach is one of the best places to stay in Zanzibar. I specially got back to this hotel, the hospitality and service of this hotel is unreal! The staff welcomed us very wel, we got a free welcoming beverage. Room is very clean, the breakfast was marvellous and it is literally next to the beach. There is enough to do in the area and you can relax here totally! The owners are so helpful and always there to make sure everything is perfectly arranged for you

What’s not to like!! Everything absolutely amazing, from breathtaking views, great acomodation, excellent food, amazing staff.. the list is endless.. But most and foremost the location and view, right doorstep of the beach. You can either swim at the hotel, or swim in the sea, takes a second to switch. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean, everything you need within reach. Anytime anything you need you can wattsup reception/bar and they’ll deliver, without hassle. There is no need to eat anywhere else, their selection is fantastic, the food is amazing, and rezonabil prices. Everything you need they have it! Taxi from the airport can be booked with the hotel directly, it’s safe and convenient. Make sure you have cash, or you can easily pay at the end of your stay through link transfer, but in dollars only. We’ve stayed 3 days and our bill hardly came to £110 (tips separate) considering we’ve had almost anything without restrictions.. for two people.. brilliant! “The Rock Restaurant” famously sitting few minutes walk alongside beach. Special thanks for making our stay memorable, with a special floating breakfast delivery straight into swimming pool. They have two main bungalows, one with swimming pool and one without, right on the beach, and inside main entrance there is few more bungalows plus 4-6 generous rooms, all with a large shared swimming pool in the middle. You’ll be blown away by its charm and character for sure! I will definitely be back!

Everything is perfect!

We were amazed with this GEM in the middle of Michamvi Pingwe. The location is perfect, literally 10 meters away from the beach. The breakfast and other meals we had in the facilities were tasty and very well done. Served with love and care by the hotel staff. Catherine, Siwema and Robert were very kind and they have taken care of us close to perfection! We are looking forward to stay there again and continue to enjoy what the region in general and the hotel in particular have to provide.

We can't think about any thing that could be improved. However, there is always a better way and I know that the Bitcoin owners and staff will exceed our expectation again in the future.
