Great location for beach, walking to cafes/restaurants and sanctuary, lovely views and balcony for taking in the sunset. Well equippped apartment and comfortable space (with 2 bathrooms) for a family of 6. Pleasant staff to interact with.

These are very minor suggestions, but a few small things would be a nice additional touch, such as provision of extra towels or beach towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, etc.

We had an emergency request as the place originally we planned to stay was not meeting our criterias. They were so friendly and accommodating us last minute and when we decide to extend our stay as well. Overall it was a great stay, Location, view was excellent.

Only thing requires to be changed is the curtains, they are not blocking the sun or night lights. Morning sleeps were impossible with out a mask after 5 am.

Wonderful view in a superb location, so nice and quiet apart form the occasional plane flying over head but that was really nothing. The rooms were so big and spacious and Mei was a wonderful help showing us everything and helping with any questions. Super close to the beach, no need for the car, definitely back again soon.

Being picky but the bedrooms in the back need an air conditioner as it got pretty stuffy with only over head fans

Mei was excellent. She was so accommodating, and her communication was excellent.

The pots and pans were average at best, and the cook top was terrible, rusted and scratched. The air conditioning did not work at all. The noise from the planes was irritating.

The location, parking, the size of the rooms, the pool spa and sauna

No elevator to 3rd floor Older rooms. We booked 2nrooms and one had much nicer furniture and appliances than the other.

The view was amazing from the apartment

There are quite a few stairs so anyone with mobility issues would have a problem. The plane noise can be a bit annoying at times

Spacious 3-bedroom unit, large patio, stunning views and loved the bird life at the back of the building. Gardens maintained beautifully. Friendly and helpful office staff. Will book again.

Glass sliding doors to patio was not cleaned properly and for the daily rate we paid unit should have been cleaned perfectly. Planes very noisy from early to late (11pm), didn't bother us too much but might be a deterrent to some families.

Excellent accommodation and a perfect location. Onsite managers were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was well appointed and the view was absolutely spectacular.

Stunning location. Apartments spacious with a wonderful view. Walking distance to restaurant and shops (a long-ish walk!). Mei, the property manger communicative prior to booking in and helpful while there.

Mei had said when we booked in that we had stairs to climb as we were on 3rd floor. It was an effort with all the luggage (but still worth it for the view). There were a few items not stocked (e.g. bin liners and extra loo roll) but Mei replenished those on request.

Excellent communication from the host. Great space with excellent views.
