The location is incredible with beautiful views over the sea. It is a 2 min walk to multiple different beaches to swim from and a 10 min walk to the main hotel and pool. The hotel offers a variety of activities, including padel, tennis, beach volleyball, and bike rentals. The individual studio apartments are modernly furnished and very comfortable, with everything you need to cook in and the balcony is large.

The pool was very crowded with not enough sunbeds for all the guests at the hotel. The Hawaii beach is also small and very crowded. All of the activities cost extra to book and hire equipment. The on-site supermarket is also expensive.

The apartments are lovely with a small kitchen, balcony and dining area in addition to the living space and separate bedroom area. In some cases you might get lucky with a bit of sea view which is really nice. It is also very pet friendly and family friendly. The beach is beautiful but be prepared for some challenging surfaces to sit on and navigate but that's how it goes :) the few restaurants nearby the hotel are also nice.

While this hotel belongs to the broader Hotel Group in the area, you have to pay 20 Euros a day to access the gym. This just seems excessive. It would be nice to see them change this. I could also see the hotel benefiting from having a hourly mini train/transport going around to get people around better - especially those who may have a harder time walking.

Great location overseeing pristine water, which you can access via couple of equipped beaches or directly from some cliffs descending till the sea. Very large park, well set up in a green environment. The facilities are in a very good state and well maintained. The staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful. You have access to different restaurants, coffee shops and some decent shops too. The apartments are recently renovated in a practical and elegant way. As the compound is large, be prepared to walk quite a bit in between the different facilities. If you look for a heaven of peace, that won’t suit you though as it’s quite busy between the apartment buildings, the couple of hotels in the compound as well as some sightseeing landmarks of the region (fortress and aquarium).

Too crowded

Location, the apartment was in front of the ocean, the view was spectacular and it was a walking distance of many other beaches and view points. The room was super confortable and had everything we needed.

The daily cleaning routing was mostly just stretching the sheets and changing towels, it was ok for us but the floor could use some vacuum since this is a beach hotel. But it was just that. Nothing that would ruin our stay. The pool is too small for the amount of rooms, so it was always packed, but its Pula, why going to the pool if the beach was so much better.

The seaview apartments are worth every penny! I loved being right by the water! A bonus was having someone direct us to our parking spot, and drive us up to our villa with our bags. Housekeeping came daily, and the kitchen had everything you needed including pots/pans/silverware. I also recommend watershoes as everything is rocky or has rocks.

There aren't many cons to this place, just be aware that everything on the property can be a good 10-minute walk, and the areas to lie down on the main beach don't all have mattresses, however, we were just happy they had something at all.

We booked a Sea View 1 bedroom Apartment for 7 nights. Extremely clean and housekeeping everyday if you required. The view is superb, Hawaii Beach has the most turquoise sea. The apartment has everything you need and we ate out at the local restaurants. The on-site supermarket is handy and just under a ten minute walk. The 3A bus takes you into Pula Centre, again a ten minute walk to the bus stop and it’s a short journey for €1.50 each on the bus, each way, to the Amphitheatre and the main attractions in Central Pula. The airport is about a twenty minute journey and we used Pula Taxi Transfer and it cost us €30.00 each way. Communication with the staff at Arena Verudela was superb. We paid on arrival, no extra deposits or pre-authorisations, easy check in and check out. You will be given a map of the complex on arrival which was useful and we were taken to our apartment by the on-site Golf Car. WiFi was good and we were also able to use our 5G at no extra cost with O2.

Having to leave but we are already planning our return

I’m so happy that we chose this hotel! Check in process was super easy and fast, staff delivered our luggage right to our apartment, and staff is super friendly and helpful. The view , the location, apartment everything was just perfect! Two nice beaches nearby , Verudella and Hawaii, pula aquarium 5 min from the apartment, nice restaurant with local food is very good (the one that close to the burger bar and main building)

Housekeeping is very loud in the morning, like at 8 am , they are yelling and moving stuff in the apartments nearby and you can hear every word. Also one night I called because of the noisy neighbours, but no one came to sort it out, and I was forced to do it myself.

Landscape, Rocky cliffs to spend a marvelous day at the sea in the sun, and the spot was just 10 to 15 meters from our apartment come on plenty of nice restaurants around, supermarket, café Illy with good sandwiches for breakfast, worth its money. We had a specific request which was easily fulfilled and made our stay even more beautiful.

The property itself doesn’t have anything to complain about. At Illy café unfortunately sandwiches were once almost sold out and the other day they didn’t have any at all. Well, happens everywhere once in a while , hence not that big of a problem.

The whole resort is beautiful, and you can find everything there. We enjoyed not having to get into the car for a whole week, only to do groceries (although there is even a grocery store there, we just wanted to find a bigger and cheaper one). We really loved the sea view from our apartment. We were there with a dog and one of the dog beaches was quite nice to spend the day there (next to the light house).

We did go around quite a lot to look for beaches on the resort, and the more secluded rocky / shadowy spots (e.g near the other dog beach) had a lot garbage around - so we had to avoid those as it wasn’t nice and also dangerous for our dog (e.g. used tampons, beer cans, other trash).

We had a wonderful sea view apartment, which was very clean and right by Hawaii beach. There are loads of different beaches within a few minutes walk and lots of restaurants. The pool area was very clean and had an amazing view over the sea. I would definitely recommend this resort for families.

I didn’t realize how large the resort was until we checked in. The reception is right by the strip of shops and kids entertainment, if you don’t want to be surrounded by people and kids entertainment noise ask for accommodation away from this area.
