I had to check in remotely but it was really easy and nice. Good communication with the staff over the phone and through whatsapp messages - all info provided in a simple,clear way and quick responses. Location is good, however it's not in a city centre but just 20-30mins by walking and also neighbourhood is fine. Lovely modern room with large comfortable bed, nice bathroom and balcony. Very clean. AC and TV in room. Shared kitchen with the other 3 rooms. Free coffee, plus juices, yoghurts and milk in the fridge provided during whole stay. Kitchen is well equipped so you can use it as well if need to prepare anything. Breakfast is simple - prepacked food in your room refilled everyday. I'd stay again :)

Breakfast could be more various but I guess it's normal for italian standards. There's chineese restaurant downstairs so at the balcony in the evening you can smell how they prepare food. There's a city tax to be paid in cash so better provide exact money before just in case :)

Good for a fast work trip and even for a week-long stay as a tourist. Appereance of this B&B is much more higher than it`s price for a room. Clean as a church in a bar happy hour. My balcony was away from a street noises. Excellent sleep. No need for air conditioning all night long in the June, because balcony door provides fresh night air without urban environment fumes. Very good street, quiet, situated neighbours, no sign of packs of african bandits in the block (you cannot make mee unsee what i saw in several Italian cities, including Bologna). Nobody sells marihuana in the yard during the night and that means - no stench and no noise. Beggars, pickpockets and tough guys encircle Bolongna old town early in the night and hunt drunk, lonely tourists. But this location is not a zone of such a risks - its located close enough to city eye-candies to walk to old town by foot and far enough from the edge of old town to not to be hunting ground of guys who are afraid of work and keen on easy money. I sat with my meal and with my wine in the balcony doors for some time in the late evening and was completely satisfied - what an aroma of blooming Emilia-Romagna capital city! That was a moment. Thanks to Four Rooms. If you are trawelling by a car, it`s essential to arrive to the destination early in the morning or more likely past 15:00 - you will easy find parking spot in the block. During day work hours it can be challenging - Bologna is busy city.

Comfortable bed. Spacious and clean room. Easy to contact people online. Felt safe. There are also good local restaurants nearby with better and more affordable food. Parking is easy to find, depending on the time of day.

I needed to walk a good 30 minutes to get to the tourist area or the central station. If you have the time and are fit enough, it’s a great walk. But there are local buses right across the road.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to a bus stop and an easy walk to the Bologna conference center. Host was easy to communicate with and room was kept clean and well stocked.

Just a few minor adjustments could make it even more comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective. The windows were a help—but maybe a fan to blow airflow in would improve things. Bedside lights didn’t work well.

This was one of the most comfortable b&bs I have stayed in, in a long time. Bruno the host was very attentive and was always available for a call and would answer very quickly. Every question I had was answered immediately. However, the best part of my stay was the apartment caretaker Ely. She was always ready to help with anything, provided me with everything i asked and was genuinely a lovely person to speak with. Most mornings was spent with a quick chat with Ely and some recommendations for the day! Would recommend this to anyone staying in Bologna !

We were greeted by a lovely woman named Ily who was friendly and showed us around the room as well as making sure we had everything. The room had everything we needed, including a small breakfast of croissant, biscuits and a fruit juice carton. The space was clean and the bed was comfortable.

If you are aiming for central Bolognia then you should be aware it is around a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride from here. Both were early manageable!

I really like the room it was modern and very clean, the apartment was clean and modern too.

I didn’t like not meeting the host it felt weird to me, and the location was quite central but seemed a bit iffy at night for a solo travelling female. That was just my impression as nothing dodgy happened

it was really well maintained and the owners very accommodating/helpful. The cleaning lady does an amazing job! the neighborhood and room are quiet, so you can rest after a long day visiting or traveling. the room is larger than most single rooms in hotels in IT. the guests have a shared kitchen at their disposal

location - a bit far from the city center breakfast - is very limited, just dry sweet stuff and jam, a juice from Lidl and that's about it

They are very good people and helede me a lot. Google maps gave me wrong direction could not find the apartment and i called and they helped me. There is a cleaning lady she helped me so much. How is very clean. I was very comfortable like i am home. Kitchen is shared and it s very clean. Fridge is very nice , clean you can put yoir food and you can make shopping from süpermarket. Also there is a pizza Shop under the building a family runs it s very deliscous food and very cheap. One Spice margarita pizza huge it s 2,00€ Only. House cleand so beautiful and breakfast is ready every day. Also there is an extra place in the bathroom for cleaning your bottom with water. I loved it. I am muslim and the öner of the place should show this for muslim customer

I like the location of this hotel. It's quite a long way from the centre, but easily reachable by public transport. And it gives you a feel for what Bologna's suburbs are like. The room is very comfortable and quiet with plenty of space for one, and nicely decorated. And there are good coffee-making facilities.

The shower is badly designed - there's nowhere to put your soap or shampoo. Also, when I arrived I couldn't find the place. It's in an apartment building, and on the intercom there's no button with the name 'Four Rooms' written on it. Because of this, I wasn't sure if I was at the right address. It would be great if they could add a button like this, or a little sign.
