The room was comfortable. We slept good and the breakfast in the morning was good.
The communication between Bookings and Holiday Inn was not good. We arrived at 11:00 and they did not have our reservation even thought I had made the reservations in February. I do not believe I will use bookings again. I will try harder to call the hotel's direct line. We could only get one two bed room. The other two were king size beds.

The heater in the room was pretty noisy, & sounded like it needed adjusting.

Nice and spacious room, everything was extremely clean
The drain cover in the bathtub was mildly broke, but the drain still worked fine
