Very nice service,the breakfast was decent and the omelets were fantastic,dinner was also decent allthough i would like to have had maybe some drink included in it without paying.we had a food poisoning of some sort and with that said our hotel room was a mess at some point so the cleaner lady did a fantasic job also.the parking space was allright but i would hope to have free way out of my parking spot too often there was someone's car obstructing the way

Pool should be open also in the evening i think many people would like to go to a early morning swim or late night swim.i understand that there are security promblems with this but it was disappointing to us.

Location, close to the Centre, albeit up 175 steps. It was great. Breakfast was good value. Wifi was good. Room was good. On street parking was plentiful & felt safe.

A bit of a sour taste from charging an additional €100 deposit in case I trashed something & only returning it after the stay at their discretion. I complained & it was resolved. Seemed an unnecessary slur on how the hotel views their customers. Though technically providing a safe deposit box, as per advert, charging to use it again seemed unnecessary & not in the spirit. They also overcharged for food not taken, on the bill at the end. Again resolved when picked up. Room balcony overlooked the pool, so not too private. Bed was small for a big room.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which had a warm, safe and relaxing feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, making us feel truly welcome. The lifeguard by the pool was also very personable and made sure everyone was having a safe and enjoyable time. Additionally, the rooms were spotless, thanks to the diligent and cheerful cleaners. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We also loved the pool bar, the bar staff made the most amazing cocktails!!!

I love that this hotel is for adults only (you can fully relax as it is quite and peaceful). Also it has great solarium space on top floor with jacuzzi (on ground floor is swimming pool +jacuzzi), I just love it. Location is great and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also is very good (eggs is cooked on your preferences). We had great time and definitely we will come back. Thank you!

Location was perfect halfway between beach and restaurant/shopping centre. Room and pools were clean and comfortable and spacious. Staff were so helpful and lovely and available 24/7. Could leave bags in storage day of check out and enjoy the pool. Breakfast was great included fresh fruits, bread, cheese, pastries and eggs/omelettes made to order. Coffee was also great. Really enjoyed our stay

We liked the accommodation pool area not great,plus along way from beach and the main centre alot of walking up and down the steep hill, luckily we are a reasonably fit couple of senior people therefore didn't use taxis which would add to the cost of holiday expenses

My Fiancé and I stayed at the IG Nachosol Atlantic for 1 week in August (room only - superior double with balcony) The hotel was great. Very modern, clean and well kept. The rooms are cleaned regularly and the hotel was spotless. We would like to specially thank Frank on reception who really took care of us during our stay. Thank You for helping us with our Taxi fair. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. We were always greeted by the lovely house keeping staff too. We would recommend this hotel for a couples holiday. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The hotel plays music by the pool every day and there are drinks served from the bar/restaurant and also from the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar didn’t accept card during our stay but they allow you to bill it to your room if you don’t have cash. You can hire large towels for a €10 deposit that you get back on return. Worth doing. The rooms are modern and spacious with a small kitchen stocked with utensils. Our fridge was superb. The little freezer compartment is ideal for chilling drinks quickly. The Air con was amazing. Have to say it’s the best air con we’ve ever had. Rooms are cleaned well. New towels provided. We used the light duvet cover some nights and to the person who reviewed saying that the duvets have no covers, house keeping will cover them when they see you’ve used it. The shower was powerful and hot every day. There was no waiting on it to heat up and it didn’t run out. Slight water overspill from the shower tray but we always just put towels down. Location: close to beach, close to shopping centre. The shopping centres seem to be where all the nightlife is. The beach promenade, not so much. Very quiet at night. Yes there’s walking, lots of stairs, hills but don’t be put off. Nothing was too far from the hotel and Taxis are plentiful and frequent. Around €4-€5 to get to and from the main shopping centres/pubs/restaurants. We would recommend you get a taxi into Mogán one night.

Can’t complain about a thing.

The place was super clean, staff was very nice, amazing view from balcony, nice and romantic vibe during night. Breakfast was good, same every day. The room was big and had everything to make our stay comfortable. Loads of lights, cute balcony. The hotel was quite close to Puerto Rico Beach(10-15 minute walk), and the fastest way to go is through many stairs. If you are struggling with stairs, maybe you should consider the longer route. Definitely recommended it! We had a lovely stay!

We were immediately impressed when we entered the gate of the property by the modern , clean , well maintained outlook of pool area and reception. We were also impressed by the standard of our room and the view from the balcony along with the amenities available to us.

Second visit to this hotel. Beautiful, modern hotel with fantastic views. Staff are amazing & hotel immaculately clean. Breakfast ordered from menu and made fresh. Great snack menu available all day. As well as pool area there is a rooftop solarium with hot tub. Highly recommend & will book again also.
