The hotel is brand new, made it with the most selective items and finnest finishing. The pictures don't show how nice the property looks like, but in person is amazing 😀, very spacious room with balcony, beds very comfortable, staffs are really nice and there is cleaning services available every day. The location is amazing right at the beginning of ksamil- far away from the noisy main street, everything with walking distance - 5 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. There is a car rental( Ksamil rental - 355 696162699 ) just 3 minutes walking from the hotel, you can rent a motorbike for 20€ and a car €35 per day highly recommended, ower is very trustworthy. For those who just want to relax and don't go out, the hotel has a bar, restaurant and a good swimming pool. For those who's coming by bus from Sarande, the bus stop is beside the hotel- The journey takes 30 minutes and it costs € 1.75 each way, or if you are coming by car, there are plenty of parking places around the hotel. Ideally, bring cash with you most of the places o ly accept cash - you can pay in Euros or Lek - taking cash from ATM machine you pay €12 every time you withdraw. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again

Although the location of this hotel was further away from the centre of ksmail where our friends stayed we actually preferred it as it was at a slightly quieter end of the beach and just a short walk away. It was so clean!! brand new - couldn't fault that! Pool was great for what we needed. Staff are very nice and let our friends leave their luggage which was kind of them.

Like all the hotels in the area it lacks a little bit of comfort and detail, for example - bedside lamps would have been nice and perhaps a softer pillow! However these are super small things. Breakfast was ok, fairly simple and I was happy to see they served tea! Would have loved some fresh juice over concentrate though.

The hotel was lovely, the owners were really nice too, when we arrived two days late (we missed our flight) they offered to let us stay another two days which was really nice of them! They were very nice and happy to answer any questions we had.

This'll be a non-issue in less than a month I'm sure because it looked mostly done but the construction around the hotel in preparation for the on-season was a bit much but the hotel itself is complete and in a good location from the main town and less than 5 mins from one side of the bay with smaller beaches and one bar (more are being setup ready for the season, just weren't open yet) and then 10 mins from the main beach where a load more bars are.

Our stay at the hotel was more than wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious, and the manager greeted us with a smile every day. The atmosphere was great. The hotel was clean, very nice, and of a high standard. The rooms were cleaned daily by equally friendly housekeeping ladies. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, and special praise goes to the best waiter – funny, very kind, and with a fantastic approach to children ❤️ It was one of the best restaurants in Ksamil – and we visited quite a few. Nowhere else were we welcomed so warmly.

Super clean and comfortable. Amazing bathrooms and spacious family room - nice balcony and fridge is always a bonus. Breakfast was amazing - a fantastic spread of food with different things most days. Staff absolutely amazing - extremely professional, yet friendly and attentive. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help you with any query you may have. All the staff from the reception to the restaurant and the room service staff - they are all amazing. Good location too - pretty close to shops, bakeries and restaurants and easily walkable to beaches there.

The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. Towels changed each day which was great. The breakfast was really good each morning the hotel was in way walking distance to the main strip in Ksamil but far enough away from the busiest area and noise.

The only critique I have is the slightly smaller pool side area then we expected but that’s it!

we have had a great stay .. rooms were nice and big and being a family of 6 we had 2 rooms next to each other on the ground floor witch was great. pool was great they have a small pool for children and then the big one, kids loved it couldn't get them out of there. breakfast was very nice also they tent to change a few foods every morning witch was nice. Staff all spoke English so was easy to communicate. we would definitely book here again if we ever back to ksamil.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from center and from the beach, and arriving with a car was very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and food was very good. Room was very clean. We will absolutely visit there again, and I recommend this hotel.

Location- set at the beginning of the town provided walks along Ksamil beach line or through the town and opportunities to see things you may miss if you stayed in the centre. Modern and large rooms, with a large comfortable bed, and rain shower. Pool area was private. Good breakfast ( traditional to Albania) Spotlessly clean.

This is the tidiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is not a mark or signs of wear anywhere. The staff are extremely welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The location great a short walk from everything. We will definitely return.

The pillow was a little firm for my liking. That's the only criticism I can think!!!
