The room was lovely. Lovely amenities- hot chocolate, biscuits, nice shower things, quite luxurious. Breakfast was really yummy! Feta and avo on toast with Pesto, rocket and tomatoes - again really luxurious!

Staff were not exactly friendly. Upon arrival I wasn't initially shown to my room which was actually pretty tricky to find, was only when I went the wrong way I was helped. Breakfast time would be nice if I were told 'help yourself' to breakfast bar, had to ask another guest for advice. Also the manager who took payment for my room when checking out didn't even ask if I'd had a nice stay, I had to tell her I did and she didn't make any conversation. I feel like hospitality is a role in which you should at least try to be hospitable. Staff are a pretty big part of what makes someone feel welcome in a hotel.

What an excellent place to stay. Very welcoming. The room was amazing with everything you could possibly need and more including the brolly. The bed was very comfy with an amazing night sleep after a long journey, bathroom with a walk in shower absolute bliss. The breakfast was great which I could recommend. Staff are all polite and courteous always tying to go above and beyond to make your visit pleasing and worthwhile. Best place I have stayed in around this area and I have visited and stayed quiet a few times. This will always be our place to stay from now on wish I had stayed here earlier would have saved us staying in some awful places.

The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed with quality bedlinen and upmarket fixtures & fitting. The practicalities were also covered with mirrors, lighting and shelving conveniently positioned ... so often a problem in many establishments. Service at breakfast was excellent; food tasty and plentiful and included both Continental and a full cooked English coupled with a constant stream of hot, quality coffee ... I couldn't fault it. Both the accommodation and the breakfast were exceptional value for money and I would unreservedly recommend.

We were on business for 3 days in Woking and the property was booked on the back of many positive reviews. I can honestly say the reviews are completed justified and our stay was excellent. The staff are all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was excellent and sits at the rear of the property with it's on parking area. Each is a self contained unit with a wonderful bed, great shower and a good range of complimentary drinks etc. WIFI was good and the food excellent, both breakfast and evening meals. Highly recommended!

Nothing!

Breakfast was excellent, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately our room, which are like single story chalets were positioned directly behind their popular beer garden. We wanted to sleep early for an early morning, a warm evening so have to open the window to get some air in- it was quite loud the people sitting outside so couldn’t get much sleep until 11ish. Probably air conditioning would help so you don’t have to open the windows!

Breakfast was excellent, staff were really lovely. We sat in the garden and staff very happy to accommodate our breakfast choice. Lovely experience.

The room was very dark and opened onto the pub garden so a bit hot and noisy. We needed lights on during the day. It was very busy in the restaurant that night and as a consequence it took a long time to be both served our drinks (one of us sat with a drink for 20 mins while we waited for the other drinks), but staff were lovely.

- Easy check-in with really friendly and helpful staff. - Lovely spacious and modern rooms, the bed were also really comfortable with plenty of pillows available (if needed). - Really good facilities for the type of booking. Had a hair dryer, iron, safe, a fan, desk, plenty of coffee and tea, plenty of storage, and shower products. - Strong WiFi in the rooms. - The continental breakfast was simple but really good quality. A great menu selection as well, also of very good quality. - We didn't have dinner there, but the restaurant and garden were a lovely space and well renovated. - Free and easy access parking right by the rooms.

- The rooms were lovely but could have been a bit cleaner (quite a bit of dust in places, cobwebs, marks on the bed sheets from previous uses).

Our room was beautiful, really well appointed - everything we could have needed was there. Our room was spotless, the bedding was luxurious, the bathroom has plenty of room and lots of hot water. Couldn’t fault the accommodation. The Inn itself is lovely with a gorgeous garden if the weather is good. Evening staff were friendly, service excellent and food was delicious. Do book in advance - it’s very popular. Would stay again.

Breakfast service wasn’t so great - ignored by the waitress so stood waiting for a table for a while (she wasn’t serving anyone at the time, just didn’t greet us or explain what we needed to do). Then we had to ask for orange juice because we weren’t told that we could help ourselves. When our breakfast arrived - it was very good, but we then had to ask for cutlery. Shame because it was definitely a 10/10 for us until that happened. The breakfast was really good and although it wasn’t a great experience with the waitress, it wouldn’t put us off going back or recommending The Inn.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting my son who lives in Guildford. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Surrey. Lovely room , spotless clean, with some little touches like free water and cookies replaced everyday. Delicious breakfast served whith realy good food and lots of choices. We had a dinner one night and the food and service were also perfect. Kind and helpful staff. Recommended with no doubt. We will return for sure.

Motel style rooms separate from pub, very attractive, handy parking and nice and quiet. Lovely room. Room layout and facilities really well thought through and set out. E.g plenty of shelf space in bathroom for toiletries, and a toothbrush/paste holder. Full length mirror, shelves by each side of the bed. Nice hanging space, clothing space nicely done.. Simple stuff but makes a difference. Decor and quality of furnishings/bathroom excellent. Tea making facilities included 2 bottles of water - really appreciated. Fantastic selection for breakfast, really enjoyed. Staff and service were fantastic.

Nothing negative to say. I would have preferred liquid hand soap in the bathroom but used mini shower gel provided instead of the mini soap block
