Breakfast was wonderful the staff kept everything clean and stocked - the red velvet waffle mix was phenomenal. They were super personable ! Nice variety of snacks for purchase at the front desk. Facility was clean and orderly.
Check in took a little while, which was surprising. Considering I pre booked and pre paid. staff at the front desk couldn't find my reservation because they didn't "scroll down far enough?" - their quote. Also they kept saying "huh? thats weird" - with zero explanation I didn't feel super welcomed as I checked in .

It was convenient to where I wanted to stay. I have always liked staying at Hampton Inn. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
It was very hard getting out of Hampton Inn property. No stop light, and had to cross 4 lanes of “heavy” traffic to make a left turn!

I liked the keyless check in
The toilet paper holder was broken, carpet was stained, they only put 2 towels and 2 wash cloths in our bathroom. We went up on a Saturday night meaning when we showered Saturday we would have to reuse the same cloths and towels for our shower on Sunday (THAT WAS A NO NO)! I had to request more

Air conditioning in room looked like the cover was off showing lots of dust. And the bathroom floors were dirty with oil her people hair on floor.
