Great location—just 15 minutes from Legoland. The property has plenty of activities for kids, including a big trampoline, a Lego room, and other toys. Adults can enjoy a well-maintained pool table. Rooms were spacious, airy, and had large windows. The beds were comfortable too.

No mini fridge in the room, which would have been useful. Breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety—if you’re staying more than one night, it gets repetitive.

Breakfast was so good and fresh. Many breads, meats, jams and fresh squeezed OJ. Good tea and coffee with many pastries that were so delicious. Unfortunately dinner wasn't. Dinner was also very expensive. They try and pressure you to book a table ahead but the tables were empty every time we went by. Rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean and quiet. Very close to Billund. I would go back..

Front desk people were unfriendly and abrupt at check in and wait staff were slow.

I rate this hotel very positively. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options. There were plenty of places to sit and relax with friends or family, as well as free pool and table football.

Since we were there in the middle of summer, it was quite warm. The room was very hot and did not have air conditioning.

Breakfast (and lunch and dinner) were excellent, as was the service. Portion sizes are generous!

Not a negative for the hotel, but being a small hotel in a fairly rural location, opening hours are shorter than some may be used to and there isn't much else around by way of shops or restaurants. Just worth keeping an eye on mealtimes.

If you didn't hire a car - public transport was non existent only school buses went to the village after going through Grindsted. we ended up having to use taxis all the time.

Very good playground for the kids, lots of space outdoors. Good size family room. Quiet, couldn't hear the neighbors at all. Breakfast was great! We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked really nice.

The room got a bit hot even when it was a bit chilly outdoors. Ventilation probably not good enough.

We stayed in several hotels on our trip and this was one of our favorites. It was a very family-friendly kro where the rooms were very clean and comfortable in a lovely location. The restaurant was incredible and we took the walking tour in the flier of the town after eating. We really enjoyed it.

We stayed here as a family to visit legoland which was 15 mins away by car. This was a very clean hotel with a great playground and our family suite room was very comfortable. The restaurant was a great option after a day out for very nice food and the staff very accommodating to our requests for kids food. We had a lovely stay in this peaceful setting after a hectic day out, just what we needed with a lovely breakfast too !

we really liked the location surrounded by greenery, many playgrounds at the hotel and locally. you can find places to walk. food and service was very nice , talkative . I would definitely recommend.

you certainly can't count on local transport, bus, etc., only with a car or a taxi, which is expensive.
