Ample space, the accessibility if you have car is good. Bed is nice. Water pressure for shower is good. The staff is friendly and helpful
The wall sound insulation is not so good, you can hear the car or motorbike noise in the night due to it is just beside butterworth outer ring road

The chalet is very comfortable. The surrounding also very nice. The best thing is you can park your car in front of the Chalet. Suitable for traveling with Caravan. The staff also very friendly

I like the comfortable atmosphere here. Staffs are honest, friendly and professional. My room is upstairs and there's no lift but it's easy to climb up. Rooms are spacious and pretty clean.

Good location, near to the city. Ample parking space. Nice seaview. Helping staffs.
Need to improve the water pressure. Please service the air conditioner too. It takes time to cool our room and it's not reach the temperature as it should be especially during afternoon.

The room was spacious and clean. The view from the hotel was good. The AC was working well. The receptionists were friendly. Bathroom was clean.
No lift. Need to climb 7 flights of steps to get to my room on the 4th flour
