A really friendly welcome by the team. The room was brilliantly equipped with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with the essentials, plus underfloor heating. The hotel was located next to a supermarket and some good restaurants for dinner.

Nothing major as it was excellent. Due to it being the off-season, it was a bit difficult to initially find someone to check-in. The parking wasn't directly next to the entrance, although it was not a problem as it was only 30m away on the other side of the building next to the normal main entrance.

We arrived late in the evening, the key was easy to retrieve after a conversation with the owner earlier in the day. The corridor to our room was well lit , the room was nicely coloured and comfortable. There was a small kitchenette where we could make a drink etc which was really handy as we were out for the day well before breakfast It was a lovely little village too.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. The towels had been forgotten in our room but after eventually contacting the owner, they were brought to us immediately-great service.

Room was very clean and comfortable, shower easy to walk in for elderly people. Breakfast was tasty served at a time chosen by myself. Checking in later than 16-18 h. is no problem, just contact the guesthouse by phone. Free parkingplace. WiFi no problem. The guesthouse has no restaurant. But besides the private bedroom, there is a small shared room where you can take coffee and prepare your own simple lunch or dinner. A foodstore is found at about 500 m. walking.

No elevator. Room has no view. But for a night's stay this is no issue.

Very recently refurbished room with automatic windows, TV, desk, sufficient storage space, a quiet fridge (no humming sound). A small kitchenette for tea/coffee on the hallway (no disturbing noise). Very clean. Most central location in town (no disturbing traffic noise, though). Friendly and flexible staff. Out of check-in times, the key can be deposited in a safe box (e.g., for late arrival). Breakfast with egg, bread rolls, reasonable choice of jams, honey, meat, and cheese (1 type only), some fruit, and a yogurt as well as tea or coffee (incl. cappuccino).

The mattress made a worn out impression and should be replaced soon.

Incredibly spacious room and shower. 2 comfortable chairs to relax in and everything is immaculate. Good ample continental style breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming and Sandra in particular was helpful and provided excellent customer service just a lovely lady. Although there is no restaurant there are a couple of good places to eat a few minutes walk away.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room rather than those provided in a shared area.

Location was easy to find, good parking. The staff was very pleasant. The house is in easy walking distance from any number of restaurants and a grocery. We went to see the site of the battle of the Teutoburg forest (Varusschlacht im Osnabrücker Land), which is very close.

I can't think of much - I had a great stay.

Really easy to find and very friendly staff. The room was very well appointed and clean. Couldn't be happier with the accommodation and the price.

The parking is a little further than expected, but still a free dedicated car park, just 200m from the front door.

The room was modern, spacious with comfy beds and a superb bathroom with large walk-in shower. There was a little kitchen in a room opposite to be able to make a coffee and our own breakfast before leaving as needed. The village is cute with a fab pizza place, great supermarket and a nice little cafe. A fantastic stopover on our route south.

Breakfast was very good. The room was good the bathroom excellent. I parked my motorcycle in a parking bay at the front of the hotel

There was secure parking at the rear but gravelled access, not good when travelling by motorcycle.

Near autobahn but not so near that one could hear any noise. Nice village and fairly peaceful surroundings. Nice breakfast.
