The rooms are large and comfortable, the beds are very comfortable. and the shower is very roomy and has good pressure.

We arrived after 10pm and the main parking on the square was closed, so we had to park in the streets leaving all our luggage in the car. The room has a huge window but the black out curtain does not cover the space for the curtains so we were woken at 7AM by the light comming in the room. The breakfast is very expensive, for "not much".

Right in the centre of C-F. Eating just in front of hotel was ideal. .

Better directions for arrival and parking would have helped. The hotel is in a large open square with tram lines running across it. As soon as you enter the square/place you need to enter the underground car park to your right. If possible park at the end of the first long run of the car park. There is an exit there leaving a walk of no more the 100 yards to the hotel.

Central location ,quaint little hotel . Clean room nicely decorated room with little balcony overlooking the square . We had a good recomendation of free parking in street as our car was too tall for the car park nearest . Nice to sit outside the hotel and have breakfast in the square . Allowed dogs !!

Stairs to rooms but we knew this and decided the postives outweighed the negatives .

a great room, unfortunately the air conditioning was not working , i should have asked for a room change straight away, but dont like to cause a fuss. it was nearly 40c during the day and had sleepless nights. the location could not have been better. secure nearby parking was an absolute nightmare 9 due to the whole town undergoing utilities works0 also very expensive

parking accessibility, lack of information and promotion of local sights and tourist interest.

Friendly welcome, safe bike storage. Great room, and bed. Fabulous breakfast.

Stand in a bath shower. Lift stops at landing berween floors. Back room window faced a grey wall. No street noise, but constant machinery noise made us keep window closed.

Very comfortable and quite room, comfortable bed, well designed interior, great location, friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty but the eggs, sausages and bacon were not hot. Would have appreciated built in wall jacks for our devices cables.

Very comfortable stay in room 36, at the back and quiet even though there is a restaurant downstairs and the hotel is in a great location on the main square. Very pleasant hotel in very pleasant town.

Location was excellent! On site restaurant and bar was good and the service was great!

We had a rental car and being unfamiliar with the city, parking was a bit difficult to find. We ended up parking a few blocks away and walked to the hotel. The hotel receptionist was very nice and directed us to a secure underground parking lot that proved to be nice and close.

Location. Public Parking (<10eur per night) walking distance. Restaurant with hotel. Excellent wifi. Nice room (mine had view on Place de Jaude).

A bit expensive (but value for money). Elevator not stopping at floor level but intermediate ones (old construction; elevator added later on). Hotel charged me although I had already paid via Booking.com but this was correct the next day by Booking.

Good location at place Jaude, brasserie in the lobby, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Elevator doesn’t stop on the floor (but between) and so steps are always needed. But understand that this is due to the old and charming building.
