I liked the hospitality, caring attitude towards visitors, smiling, caring, high level of communication and ethics. Moreover, at the hotel, you can feel not like a guest, but like at home, as all the conditions for convenience and comfort have been created.

There is nothing special that I didn't like about the hotel. Perhaps my room was allocated a little hastily after the previous guest, so there was no bath towel in the room and the refrigerator was turned off. All these are trifles and, considering that the hotel is only gaining momentum in its activities, all this can be resolved. To be objective, I felt it necessary to write about this. I am very grateful to the administration and staff of the hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful — they went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Mr. Farid Mr. Arhan and their colleagues for their outstanding service. They truly made me feel welcome, and I sincerely appreciate their hospitality. Maybe just maybe.. It wasn’t close enough to nizami street but that’s not a big issue though because transportation is easy and cheap

All the staff were lovely and helpful (especially Aga), quiet rooms with a great range of amenities including a wonderful shower, nice breakfast included.

Location wise, a shorter walk to a metro station would have been nice. But at least it was a pleasant walk.

The hotel staff are simply exceptional and will try to do everything to make your stay as comfortable and problem-free as possible. I arrived late at night, around 02:30, and received a very warm welcome at the hotel reception in the form of a genuine smile, free upgrade from a single to double-room, and an offer to deliver a suhoor tray (pre-dawn meal) to my door every morning when I simply mentioned that I wouldn't be having breakfast at regular hours (didn't even mention that I was fasting). I spent most of my time out in the city or working remotely from my hotel room, so won't be able to comment on hotel facilities. However, things that I liked include the following: - spacious double-room with a large enough wardrobe, several hangers, bedside table. - comfortable bed/mattress - pillows that don't flatten out or remain too stiff - just what I needed for a comfortable sleep - cleanliness, not just in the room but overall - in the lobby, hallways, in the lift, etc. By the way, the room was cleaned daily and shower gel/shampoo/soap were replaced promptly and in generous amounts. - location was perfect for me due to the proximity to a specific address that I had to visit. For any other trips around town use ride hailing apps like Bolt or the city metro, which is within walking distance (~15-20 min) - unbeatable price for that area - when I reported a minor issue with the "rain" shower head (reduced water pressure), the staff immediately suggested moving me to another room. Even when I said that I was quite happy using the hand-held shower head, they tried several times to offer a new room, which I declined. Just mentioning it here to give you an idea of the service level at this hotel.

The room was facing the street and there was some traffic even in the wee hours. It didn't bother me enough to ask for a new room, which I am sure the hotel staff would accommodate without problem.

The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression! It boasts an excellent location, allowing easy access to the city center in just a 30-minute walk. We stayed here during the New Year holidays, and on January 1st, the hotel pleasantly surprised us by congratulating us on the New Year and gifting us a bottle of champagne. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, always featuring fresh omelets, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, and fragrant tea. This place perfectly combines comfort and attentive service.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The private parking was very convenient, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly made us feel welcome. The breakfast restaurant was clean and offered delicious local dishes, which we really enjoyed. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view, making our stay even more pleasant. The only minor downside was that the soundproofing could be slightly improved, but overall, it didn’t affect our enjoyment much. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Everything in the hotel was exceptional and most importantanly very clean and good wifi. 24 hours front desk available and they are very friendly and fluent in English. Specially Mr.Said and Ms.Fiyuzza were friendly and attend our request quickly and was always ready to extend helping hand. Buffet breakfast was available at the property and was very good. Water bottles and other amenities were refilled daily.

Actually there is no negative comments for the hotel and only drawback we found was the location. It was around 5km away from the old city.

Most comfortable beds,very clean rooms ,good breakfast served each morning .The staff Said ,Firuza and Ayxan are very kind and hospitable.They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant . Gave us free room upgrade and airport transfer. Location is great. Just 6 mannats away in taxi from all the attractions.The hotel will book Bolt for you which is cheap.Ganjlik mall ,great restaurants ,cheap cafes and a lovely park with rides for kids nearby .A 24/7 grocery store just round the corner.Safe neighbourhood .My daughters and I could walk outside late at night.Thank you Arium hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely come again.

I did not like that I had to go back to Pakistan and leave their comfy beds!

This hotel provided an excellent experience. The property is great and exceptionally clean. We were particularly impressed by the staff, who were extremely helpful and addressed all our requests promptly and efficiently. The high level of service was notable. We would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the good breakfast! Perhaps adding a few more options could improve it further
