The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in a quiet area and just a short walk away from Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, Dobashi street car, and many restaurants and supermarkets (Spark & Fuji Koami). The self check-in & check-out were smooth and efficient. We arrived at hotel after long travel and during a typhoon emergency. We were very grateful as the staff was kind and generous to allow us early check-in. The room was immaculate and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities, toiletries provided were of the high quality. The washing machine and bathroom dryer was a life saver. All instructions provided on how to use in-room facilities were clear and easy to follow. We'll stay here again next time.

The hot water system was accidentally turned off by mistake but it's not the hotel fault. It would be nice to put a small label to indicate that it's a control panel for hot water not air conditioning.

The room was incredibly clean and spacious. We arrived too early for check-in, but the lady in charge of housekeeping let us in our room anyway since it was already ready. The service was incredible. I got sick badly on our trip and needed antibiotics asap. Even though the hotel is unstaffed, there is a tablet via which you can contact someone. After sending a message via the tablet, the housekeeping lady was there in 5 min and drove me to the hospital. She also stayed throughout the doctor's visit with me to translate everything and make sure I was okay. I have never experienced such kindness in a hotel. Definitely recommend this when staying in Hiroshima! The location is also top!

A fantastic sparkling clean spacious apartment, fully equipped. Very easy to access and in the best location just 4' walking distance from the memorial park. Everything was perfect. The house keeper was one of the most polite and smiley people we have met, we had booked an hour late check out but we changed our plans and they even refunded us the amount. Definitely the best place to stay in Hiroshima!

The hotel was in a great location just around the corner from the peace park, the river boat to Miyajima, lots of great restaurants, and the shopping district. The room was perfect with everything we needed. Th self check in was fairly smooth and the staff there at check out were super friendly and helpful.

Super clean and spacious, fantastic location, helpful and friendly. Great little extras like face cloths, tea bags, razors etc provided. Lovely deep bath in bathroom. Great to have washing machine and clothes drier. And Netflix was an unexpected bonus for the kids!

Pillows were quite hard and lumpy.

The location it wonderful - a couple of minutes walk from the peace park. The room we had was large. The beds are comfortable, and all the room facilities work properly. The hotel even has umbrellas for the use of the guests.

Everything was great

Although interaction with staff was only over video including check-in I gave high marks because they were responsive. We liked the neighborhood setting, close access to transportation, walking distance to Atomic Bomb Museum attactions, shopping, supermarkets and convenience stores, restaurants and much more. Although check-in was a little challenging everything else about the property made for an enjoyable stay specially all the extra room than our previous hotels. Our room was like a one bedroom apartment complete with cook stove and most importantly a washer in the bathroom. Impressed with the clothes dryer in the shower/bath that does double duty as clothes dryer (hang the wash) and dries the bath at the same time

A little inconvenience like not having clothes iron/ steamer available

Great location, just across the bridge from the Peace Memorial Park. Were able to lock our bags away until check in. The place in unstaffed but very simple instructions to access the building and our room. Apartment was a good size and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't fault it. ideal for our needs. Even had a fantastic Chinese restaurant next to it.
