This is a new condo building, everything is very new. Check-in was very easy, the host sent me the instructions via WhatsApp, self check-in was very straightforward. The building is a 32 storey building and the appartment is located on the 29th floor facing the South China sea - this is one of the best views in the city. In the appartment everything is very well displayed - how you can use different things, which button is operating which device. Communication was always very easy with the host via WhatsApp. Finally I have prolonged my stay with a day and the extension was also managed very well. There are several coin laundries in the building at street level and there is a lot of shopping opportunities in the neighbourhood. Self check-out was again very easy and convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again when returning to KK.

Location: I attended a conference at SICC, it was a 10min walk to get there. Very convenient. I also went scuba diving from Jesselton ferry terminal, which was a 3min walk away. Convenience store at the bottom of the building. Some restaurants too. Laundromat also available. Relatively easy access. Despite having 32 floors, we never had to wait very long for the lifts. Small but comfortable rooms & living area. Good shower with hot water & good pressure. Ample parking.

Small/minor issues - bathroom light was not bright enough, a washing machine would have been wonderful. No sejadah provided (probably not owned by a muslim)

Easy check in and check out process. Located high level 29th floor. Free from motor exhaust loud voice. Bathroom amenities with towel, body + hair shampoo 2in1 (i prefer separate), toothbrush. Kitchen amenities with fridge, kettle, simple dinnerware. I had mountain view side. Visible ofmount kinabalu during sunrise time.

Bed condition is too poor. Slight movement can hear the cracking sound of bed. Sofa also poor condition if want to lay down. Paid parking but understandable.

Everything!! Sea view from high floor : just having breakfast in the room made us feel happy. Stylish furnitures in new & clean room, good air conditioning Location: Next to Jesselton point allowed us to go to islands in swimming wear from the room Walking distance to Syria Sabah, Gaya street, markets, etc. can even go to the famous mosque on foot enjoying sea side walk YouTube, Netflix: made us comfortable to stay in the room High speed wifi

This is not bad point but recommend to bring or buy towels if you are nervous about it. This is nothing compared with good points.

We request a high-floor room with a sea view. The room offers a clear view of Jesselton's jetty with beautiful scenery. The jetty is within walking distance, which is very convenient if you plan to go on an island trip. This is a new property, and based on our experience, it has met all our expectations so far. All essential utilities, including Wi-Fi, are provided. a friendly reminder, please read your email or WhatsApp messages earlier to avoid any inconveniences during the check-in process. If you complete the procedure earlier, everything should be smooth. Thank you, Host!

love the view of KK city, the pool. its really comfortable there. cooking utensils provided which is we needed.

the key locked with pass card and electric power key is annoying. cant leave the room without shutting the power down. i understand the good intention by the owner but it is annoying to me, sorry.

Clean. Silent. Living room is more cold than my room (one of the room only).

Even the key collection's instruction was given, it still confusing options was given but actually its not an option. You must park at the side and need someone to pick up the key at level 32. At last about 1-2 hrs settling the key collection and we are done.

Self check in and self check out was easy. Communication with host is great. Perfect location close to everything. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable.

The lights in the bathroom need replacement. Host to give clear instructions on how to turn on the hot water pump for the shower when checking in
