I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Home2 by Hilton, and I truly appreciate how well we were accommodated. Traveling with a family of five—three adults and two kids aged 9 and 13—can sometimes feel cramped, but we had plenty of space to relax and sleep comfortably. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, our room was cozy and inviting. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from dishes and a microwave to sponges and kitchen towels, which made our stay so much easier. The breakfast was another highlight; everything was not only delicious but also fresh and hearty. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit!

During our check-in, we encountered a gentleman at the reception who could have been more welcoming. As English is not my first language, I found it challenging to grasp everything immediately. It would have been helpful if he had spoken a bit more slowly or clearly to enhance understanding. However, I managed to comprehend everything eventually. On a positive note, the following day we were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly lady, which greatly improved our experience.

The staff was friendly and the rooms and common areas were clean and tidy. The room was nice with a medium size refrigerator, regular size microwave like you'd have at home and sink and counter top. The bed was comfortable although pillows were very thin once you laid on them. The privacy curtain between the bed and sofa area was a good idea for the king bed suite.

You have to make sure the room doors are closed and sometimes have to push/pull them so they close completely, unlike other hotel rooms. I was in my room and a maintenance worker opened the door. I guess it wasnt completely closed and he just pushed the door open. The parking lot not being attached is a bit annoying but at least the walk around the corner to the hotel was well lit. The floors are very thin. You can hear every step the room above you makes.The breakfast was just "okay" but not great.

The only dislike is on booking it said parking was free but it was $12 and the area is being built so it was hard to find the entry like we could see the building we didn't know how to get there it's beside a high school and a developing area a lot of construction maybe some signage near the st to Let you know how to get to the deck other than that it was perfect a lot of food near by not far from where we went!!!

It’s a short walk from the metro, has good facilities and there are shops and restaurants nearby.

Sadly the room above had someone running around again - which seems to be a feature of some rooms. I want quiet so the building site over the road and noisy room above made it hard to get a good nights sleep. I doubt they can fix it - so I just put up with it.

New and fresh.

Breakfast choices weren’t kept stocked, due to so many people at the same time. Breakfast offerings need to be better. Construction around the building started early in the morning, so couldn’t sleep in. Hard for Uber and Grubhub to find, due to it being a newer build and all of the construction in the area.

The accommodations were impeccable and I truly enjoy my stay. The breakfast was amazing and I would consider gourmet with hot made biscuits, hot honey, chorizo, and more!

The parking deck and location being within some outdoor shops was not ideal but I did not have any issues with it.

Because the area is under developed trying to get things delivered was a hassle. The address sends people somewhere else for some reason.

Central quiet location. New facilities. Clean rooms w comfortable bed and comfortable sofa bed. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. Easy parking.
