The studio was spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the internet connection was great - despite everything I read on other reviews. The kitchenette was equipped with pots and utensils so it was so to say, ready to use. The central heating was working wonders and the room was warm despite the cold temperatures outside.

The upper floor has a huge shared balcony which is nice but also made me think that if the other apartments were occupied anyone could “visit” your part of the balcony and take a peek into your room.

I enjoyed my time at Plaza Hotel & Living! The location is perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, and it’s close to the train station, which made exploring the city easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more pleasant. However, I did experience some difficulty with the Wi-Fi connection in my room, as it was quite poor. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff, but keep in mind the Wi-Fi issues.

WI-Fi was very poor when you are inside the room.

The bathroom was the best part, it had enough space and the water pressure was fantastic. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and near tram stop and some restaurants / cafes, and hotel had good facilities.

Might be better if there was some kind of small air conditioner in all rooms, although luckily during our stay the outside temperature was not very high but it could have gotten really hot if it was. Also, ironing device would be nice to have.

The staff was friendly and allowed me an early check in. It had a small kitchen. Location was good, very well connected, Ubanh, sbahn and tram stations within walking distance. And despite being close to main road, it was not very noisy.

The carpet is old

We had a great stay the rooms were simple but comfy and the location is great there is a tram stop at the end of the road and a train station just a little further along. The staff were great and most had a great level of English which made any interactions seamless.

Our only issue was that we found the room hot and we couldn’t find out why as the heaters weren’t on, we stayed in winter and slept with the window open.

The rooms are big, the bed are very comfortable and the linen is perfect. The staff is very nice, the location is very convenient. All answers to our questions were given quickly and in a very helpful way. We were glad that there were bikes available at the front desk, too bad there were only 3 of them !

If I may suggest something, there could be a system where towels would be changed by the cleaning staff only when put on the floors, in order to save cleaning resources. Also, it would be perfect if there were helmets rented along with the bikes.

The space in the room (including the balcony) is very sufficient, which is much more comfortable than the hotel.

The wireless network is poor for computer work, it would be good to update the network for each room in the future.
