Apart from the location and facilities, the staff really elevated our experience, always going out of their way to anticipate our needs and ensure that they were met. The front desk team and particularly Anthony welcomed us very warmly and helped us settle in quite comfortably.

One of the of the drivers who was sent to pick us up from a restaurant within Village Market and drop us back at The Tribe, insisted on driving us to a different restaurant in Westlands and charging us for it even after we expressly told him that restaurant would be closed. We did find that restaurant closed.

I organized a meeting and the service was amazing. The price was very competitive and the facilities state of the art. The technical staff remained on site and ensured that everything went smooth. I would certainly recommend Tribe for meetings Also the kitchen can be recommended as the new menu is innovative and of high quality. Finally, the staff was as always very friendly and ready to help sort out any problem or address a request

As the Tribe is also a popular place for social events, it sometimes happens that there is loud music until late at night and that was again the case during my stay. If that could be addressed by the management it would certainly enhance the rating as this is something I have also experienced in the past: at every stay at Tribe I had to ask at least one night to deal with the music and/or party noise to be able to sleep. The staff does try their best every time to get it solved but it should not happen in the first place. When staying at the Tribe for work (which implies very long days in meetings), this does lower the level of comfort and is not appreciated given the cost of staying at this 5 star hotel, (hence I only gave an 8)

Breakfast was ok. Location was great.

There was a power outage one day. No information was sent and I was told it was because of an event happening at the hotel, so several rooms were affected. That was extremely inconvenient to be in the room without WiFi to do my work and I had to keep coming to the area around the reception to do my work. That outage lasted for multiple hours.

The staff were fantastic. Super friendly and welcoming. It's the little touches, like remembering your name, that make a difference. The food was better than expected for a hotel restaurant, especially the evening meal.

Hard to find something I didn't like. Maybe the breakfast buffet could have had a bit more choice, but it what was on offer was of great quality.

Very professional staff, high quality hotel, good restaurant. Excellent services. Very great, green and safe location. Clean and good quality rooms.

Honestly, difficult to find any, but maybe next renovation, consider separating the shower from the toilettes in room 403 and have separate entrance to shower and toilette from the bathroom.

The room was lovely, we visited on our honeymoon and they gave us an upgrade which was so kind of them.

I felt like they were a bit pushy with booking things through the hotel (which is obviously very expensive) We booked a Nairobi National Park tour not through the hotel which was great. The driver of the hotel took us to the Giraffe Centre, which cost us 80 USD. We wanted to go to a restaurant close by the next day so we ubered instead (which is definitley fine to do and great) and it cost us 15 USD.

The most welcoming, professional, efficient and smiling staff I have ever experienced!! Room, room service, comfort and location are exceptional. Also, the neighboring (literally adjunct) small shopping center is a very big added value. It has a large supermarket, verity of small shops and two nice local food courts with restaurants and coffee shops. I love the hotel's slogan: "We are all one TRIBE!!!"

Breakfast was the only disappointment. No satisfying selections of salads and cheese on the buffet table, so you only need to order a fixed meal from a menu, which limits the choices.

THE ROOM WAS AMAZING AND ITS REALLY SOMETHING UNIQUE IN STYLE AND VERY COMFORTABLE. ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU. THE HOUSEKEEPING IS REALLY ACCOMODATING ALL THE TIME AND THE AMBIANCE OF THE SURROUNDING IS BREATHTAKING

THE SWIMMING POOL IS TO MUCH PUBLIC LIKE ITS NEXT TO THE RESTURANT. IT FEELS LIKE PEOPLE IN THE RESTURANT ARE LOOKING AT YOU. THE VIEW OF THE RESTURANT IS THE ONE HAVING A RELAXING TIME IN THE SWIMMING POOL QUIET NOT COMFORTABLE TO ME.

Smooth Check-in, my flight made it in late and by the time I made it to the hotel it was past midnight. The Front Desk staff (Alloys) worked efficiently, I was checked in and in my room in less than 20 minutes. I loved and enjoyed the room assigned. It was in a very serene and quiet section, which helped get over the jet lag and exhaustion of a transatlantic flight. The room was also tucked away from the conference/events occurring at the hotel during my stay. Loved the Afro inspired decor at the hotel, proximity to the Village market and the ever helpful staff at the hotel. Will definitely return

Great place and wonderful staff. They really treated us wonderful, specially with the help and attention when my wife was sick and need to go-to the hospital. The manager, Mr. Davis was a great person, and we really appreciate his help and assistance. Food, location, design , spectacular.
