The staff were all very friendly and willing to assist us with any request. The room was very clean, and breakfast was delicous. The Reunion coffee (decaf) in our room was delicious We were very pleased that we stayed there. It was right off the freeway with a gas station next door, so it was all so convenient. Check out was at Noon, which gave us plenty of time to shop across the street at Kohl's if we wanted to. We want to stay there again.

We ordered the beer battered onion rings. It came with Sirrachi sauce which was just too hot for us. Would have preferred Ranch dressing with it.

First, I want to sincerely thank the "Cleaning woman" today 5/18/24who cleaned our room #426. It was our 36th wedding anniversary and we decided to stay there because my wife's uncle was in the Yuma Hospital gravely ill. When we came back from the hospital our room was "Immaculate" The cleaning lady took all of our bathroom room products and "Neatly" placed a washcloth and placed everything in perfect order. I haven't had that happen since I was stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Nassau. We will "Definitely" come at least once a month instead of Palm Springs and the staff is super "Friendly'

This was very nice hotel, clean spacious room and extra yummy breakfast. The staff was extra friendly, and didnt mind that my family was a little on the needy side.

WARNING their key cards are something close to a delecate little flower. If they are anywhere near your cell phone or any other electronic devices plan on making a trip to customer service to have them reset them.. Again.. and again.. Luckily though the front desk seems to be used to this key card tango and are more then happy to help. If Im really being picky the outdoor pool could use a touch more shade

Angelica and Valentino were amazing! We were tired and were ready to relax from a day of traveling. Angelica was super pleasant and answered all our questions. She was very accommodating and asked us which side of the hotel we preferred. We had our dog with us and asked if we had a preference on which floor to stay on. Angelica recommended room service, which was excellent. We also went to the bar and met Valentino who was cheerful and very helpful. We took our food and drinks up to our room to find it clean and comfortable. The pillows were my favorite. The location is right off the freeway and easy to get to! The breakfast staff was also very pleasant! The selection of food was very nice, food quality was great. The eggs are "real" not some mix. Great stay!

It was exceptionally clean and quiet. So quiet I suspect there were few other guests on my floor (top). There were no machinery noises, no noisy vent fans or refrigerators, and no plumbing noises. The bed was excellent, specifically the bed linens. Loved the shower. Adequate bathroom counter space. Pleasant towels and plenty of them. TV had lots of channels, some premium. Plenty of available outlets and charging ports for devices. Good wifi that was easy to login to. I liked the easy-to-use coffee maker and the coffee. Lots of close-in parking. Pleasant grounds

(When a place is this nice, finding flaws is in the realm of nitpicking, things you'd not notice in mediocre lodging.) The location is next to an Interstate highway, so there's road noise. I wore earplugs at night. That adjacent freeway also generates dirt, and it coated the room's windows. There were too few packets of coffee additions (sugar, etc.). Nitpicking.

Safe parking, clean outdoor pool, friendly staff, snacks, beverages and food available in the lobby. Easy access to DoorDash if that your thing, great breakfast, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, wonderful bed and air conditioning. Shower pressure is amazing! I don’t know what more I could want!

There is not a single con about my multiple stays here. It can be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for here and I don’t feel it’s wasted.

I wrote an earlier review that was promptly taken care of. We appreciate David for his attention to our issue. We have stayed there s few times in the past over the same 3 day weekend and will be back again next year. I know that everyone at the Winter Roundup likes staying at the Radisson.

The bed and room were clean. Also the lobby, restaurant, and grounds were clean. I enjoyed seeing security cameras in the parking lot but they appeared dated? Breakfast is always enjoyable. It was a quick 13 hour stay.

In no particular order: The WiFi code and or room number is given at check-in did not work. We did not call to have resolved because it was too short of a stay. The shower door swung into the shower making it difficult to maneuver around it to close. I'm on the plus side but my wife had no problems so I'm thinking it's just me. It would have been nice if the toilet was seporate from the rest of the bathroom. But that could be reviewed for future renovation possibilities. On last unpleasent experience was turning the HVAC unit to "heat " mode. The stink it produced was awful!! We quickly turned it off .

Nice big room. Bed was extremely comfy. AC was plentiful. Attached restaurant was great for dinner (loved the mahi mahi). Great breakfast as well. Colors and decor were pleasing. Decent value.

The staff was incredibly cheerful, professional, and friendly. It’s a pet-friendly hotel at only $30/night for our kind of big dog. There are security cameras blanketing the property, so I felt safe walking her around it outside. Room service was super accommodating.

The property in general is really starting to show her age. Security certificate had expired for QR code site, so I couldn’t access the room service menu electronically.
