The breakfast buffet offered the tastiest food. We also loved chilling by the infinity pool and was a beautiful place to watch the sun go down. The cocktails and pizza were also very yum! Our room was 10/10. The bed was super comfortable and our room was very cozy to stay in.

The only things we disliked were the smell of the place and also the way transport was organised. We waited half an hour in the lobby for a tricycle but we got sick of waiting so we walked up the hill and found one straight away.

The hotel offers a wide selection of breakfast options, from noodles and rice to sandwiches and fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff ensures that the buffet is always well-stocked and that there is something for everyone. We were particularly impressed with the hotel's swimming pool. It has stunning views of the ocean and is large enough for guests to swim comfortably. In the evening, the area transforms into a bar. For those who need it, there is also a motorbike rental service right across the street. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they are always happy to help guests with anything they need.

The hotel's card reader was not working, which caused us some trouble when checking in. Fortunately, they did not require a deposit, so it was all sorted out in the end. Upon entering our room, we noticed that the lights were not working. We had to call for maintenance, who took about 15 minutes to fix the issue. While inspecting the bathroom, we discovered used toilet paper that had not been properly removed. This was quite unprofessional. In addition, the housekeeping staff rang the doorbell at 7 am ! Which was quite early and disruptive.

If using the pool, the view is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Gym facility and breakfast sufficient for what we needed. Hotel did not tell us it was a non-swimming beach until after we booked. It's a bit pricey for what you get but equally not a horrible stay.

Very pricey for what you get...Room was smelly, damp, which made our clothes damp and we couldn't adjust the room temperature. Hallway looked like an accident happened, stained floors and caution signs o a room close by. One room key for two people. Hotel is a bit further away from old town and las cabañas, however we're very helpful when arranging transportation. Also transportation in el Nido is regulated and therefor always paid the same price so added bonuses.

We booked the Premier Suite. The room was amazing, very spacious and luxurious and had a wonderfull view of the sunset. The room was very clean, all the 'tech' in the room worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable! The rooftop pool is amazing, even better sunset view from there.

No place to refill a bottle of water. Could only buy bottled water from the bar. I understood this was a temporary issue.

The staff was exceptional! They made everything better. From reception to the waitresses, to the cleaning staff and security. The pool view was breathtaking. Food at the pool restaurant was good. They accommodated all our inquiries and requests from island hopping tours to massages and everything from in between. We could leave our bags after checking out and they kept it safe. I cannot stress enough how amazing the entire staff was. They are genuinely kind and helpful and go beyond to make your stay memorable.

Just the general smell of hotel. I am sure they are doing all they can about it and I see them cleaning often and there are fresheners. However, I think it’s a combination of the humidity and the fact that the air conditioning for the entire building isn’t the best. So it’s a very distinct smell not from hygienic reasons but more from lack of airing out.

The pool view was amazing. This was the highlight of the resort. The service was great and all of the staff were very friendly. Everyone we walked by greeted us. Can’t say enough about the friendliness of staff. And this was everywhere! Even the maintenance staff, the drivers, security. Also, very accommodating. The fresh fruit smoothies and juices were great also.

Multiple key cards for each room should be a standard. We were unable to get a 2nd key card because they said it caused problems. The coffee was not very good. Please add papaya to the fruit selection. ;)
