Claustrophobic small shower and toilet. The way these facilities were built, felt like i was taking a poo next to my bed. Instead of two queen size beds for a couple, would be better a decent size shower and toilet. The view from the window was leading to someone's private yard, which was looking horrible. The owner was burning garbage and woods in the afternoons and the smell was coming into the room. The dinner in the restaurant did not worth my money. I mentioned to the restaurant host that the dish doesn't meet my expectations, as I tried it in a different restaurant and could definitely feel a huge difference in taste and quality. However didn't look like they cared much.

The friendly and accommodating staff made the hotel. They helped us with booking tours and our transport to Port Barton. It has a lovely roof top pool and bar with happy hour. Rooms are clean and I'd recommend getting the balcony room on a higher floor for the lovely views of the mountain. Location is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and the main town area. Overall loved the hotel and would recommend it.

We had a room for 6 as we were travelling with the family. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bonus of a big screen TV. The excellent buffet breakfast offered a choice of cereals and fruit as well as the traditional Filipino cooked breakfast of rice and fish. I like to swim and the pool was inviting and a good place to relax. The hotel is located in the centre of town with easy access to restaurants and local shops.

I would suggest to fit some hooks and a rail in the shower. Somewhere to hang your clothes and towel. when you take a shower.

reception staff treated me like I was a second class because of the way that I looked, as I had just returned from 2 days camping on a remote island. 5000 peso security deposit is the largest deposit ever asked for by any hotel in the Philippines and I stayed at 5 star hotels in Cebu and Manila!

Located on the hill outside of the main centre of town, but a very easy and managable walk. This location was great as there is a lot of road construction in town and we were not affected. the family loft was good, no view and no window for top room but the children were up there and they were not bothered. Too had to get suitcases up the internal stairs so the downstairs of the loft was crowded with luggage for 4 people. many market stalls, supermarket and laundry mat across the road or within a 1 minute walk

the pool area was not attended too, despite having bar facilities and speakers for music, it lacked atmosphere. This feedback was provided to reception.

property is very nice! location is perfect! staff from reception, housekeeping, resto and bar staff are amazing!!

the only downside is the toilet in our room smells like old piss. everytime you open the door, it stinks up the whole room. other than that, i would recommend it!

This is such a great place to stay. I wish we could've stayed longer. I travelled with my wife and 2 kids (9,6 yo). It's just outside the entrance for El Nido town. The facilities are incredible and were greeted with a necklace and drinks. Roof top pool is great and the view is pretty awesome. The breakfast is awesome with a range of Filipino food and international food. They have an egg station and the staff are pretty happy to cater for your unique requests.

The stuff was nice, I had a Birthday when we stayed so they made the room with a lot of balloons (without anyone telling them to do it) the pool is super cool with a great view, the location is good 5-8 minutes walk to the center of El Nido. There is a parking place for the guests which was very comfortable because we rented motorbikes.

There was smell of mold inside the room coming from the AC, my friends room had the same. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us to a different room but they brought us 2 air purifiers which helped a bit.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Great decoration. Close to the centre of El Nido Town.

The reception people weren't very good on check-in. They focused on highlighting how much we we would have to pay for fees and possible loss of cards; they haven't mentioned where the pool was or that we had breakfast included in our reservation. Also, they demand 5k deposit on arrival which is quite extreme. We were told we could pay with card but in the end it wasn't accepted. We were pushed to pay with cash (May not be a problem, but it was our last day in phillipines)

The place is so very beautiful and clean. Staff’s are so very accommodating. Very well managed. They make our stay fun and unforgettable one. Foods are so good! Stayed there for 3nights. Storms never stops us from doing tours in the city. They even made my birthday so special, they have surprises and make my day a blast! They even provide karaoke night for the guests to entertained us. I’ll give the hotel a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
