The location was perfect, and the staff were amazing! We were so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is just a block or two away from the nightlife scene, which meant we could sleep peacefully without hearing loud club music — a big reason why we chose this place. But if you want to go out, it’s only a 1–2 minute walk away. The owner, Ashok, was incredible — so attentive, warm, and kind. He was always available to answer our questions and made us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Nido. It’s absolutely amazing!

-the rooster at the neighbouring property!! Our enemy! Nothing that Ashoka could do, however. -shower pressure was ok! Not the best we have experienced but the bathroom was spacious and clean which was more important

A nice little place above an Indian restaurant. Rooms are good, has everything you need for a stay in the Philippines, especially on a budget! Hot water, air conditioning and comfortable bed. The only thing is that the rooms facing the street are very loud early in the morning:( Staff is very nice and welcoming:) Overall, very nice experience, recommended for a couple/ group on a budget!

The owner was very friendly and responsive. He even printed out some documents for us. The indian food in the restaurant was so good, we ate there 3 times in a row. (and there is a 5% discount for hotel guests). We had to change rooms because we extended our stay. All our things were transferred for us by the hotel personell, which was very convenient.

We had a little problem in our room and therefore some water was coming in through the window frame. The owner took care of it right away.

Two streets from the harbour front….above an Indian restaurant this small hotel was an ideal base for our 5 day journey to El Nido…….Ashok the owner gave us great advice on local sights and best value options. He can arrange tours and transport too.. Close to supermarket, canopy walk, pier and lots of cafes.

No drinking water meant buying and lugging big bottles around. Local dogs barking at night.

The room is located in the town center. It is close to other establishments and 2 minutes walk to the beach and port. The owner was very accomodating, allowing us to check in at 11 in the evening. The room was spacious and has cool air conditioning. The shared bathroom was good and it is clean and well maintained. We loved our stay in Ashoka highly recommended!😊

The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. The room was decent, not the most modern but for the price it was very good and in a great location. Plus the food was delicious and you get a discount in the restaurant for staying in their hotel.

The owners were amazing. Helped arrange island hopping for cheaper than the shops. Arranged motorbike rental from a shop across the road without having to leave my passport. Always polite and happy even when I came back at 4am. Offered to clean the often. The location is so close to the beach and the main area (1 minute walk), yet no noise. They are also near a local generator, so always had electricity for a/c 24 hours a day. The room isn't large, but it was fine for me and clean.

Only thing I can think of is I would have liked thicker covers, but just don't crank the a/c to low. Also, no hotel I stayed at in the Philippines provide covers, so not a real negative.

Owner and Wife are beyond welcoming! Treat you like Family! I needed hot water for my French Press Coffee and they delivered Thermos every morning to my door. They booked travel and tours easily for me. Location is close to beach and central. Great Value for the money! Great food in Indian restaurant downstairs...always crowded is good sign.

The owner is so lovely! We arrived really early from the airport (7:30am)and he let us use the showers and keep our bags there before our room was ready! (2pm) He also helped organise island hopping for us while we showered and changed! Room was clean and bed very comfy Good air conditioning The shower also had hot water! Convenient location to get to restaurants and island hopping tours. Food at the restaurant is also fresh and very tasty! Would 100% recommend staying here and would stay here again
