I found this motel through booking.com. I chose it because the price and rating. The rating was right on the mark. My wife and I like nostalgic looking hotels that are well cared for. This was one. The room was huge. It was a great value and location. Literally minutes away from a lot of attractions. We will stay here again.

Not much to complain about. Even the parking lot was clean and landscaping looked great. The only thing I would complain about would not be the fault of the management. There was a couple of guests that were smoking outside. It would waft into the room when walking in or out.

It was a well maintained motel. I was helped with directions by a nice young lady and she saw me leaving and asked if I had got where I was going. I thanked her and told her yes I did and thanked her. I checked out with I assume the manager and he was a nice gentleman. I could not find my key and he said don't worry about it which was nice. Well I found it and plan on sending it back early next month after I get a envelope to put it in. Would stay hear again when in area.

This motel is dated, but appears to have been recently remodeled. The lady at check in was very courteous and informative. The room was a little small, but very clean. Bathroom appears to have been recently remodeled with nice floors, and clean shower, toilet, and sink. TV was easy to work, unlike some TV's on other properties. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be new. Overall, nice property for a 1 night stay.

The only thing I did not like was the noise coming from the major highway, which could not be controlled by the property.

Beautiful small Florida motel. The outside has been updated and is very inviting and clean. The staff use a night box window, which I understand. But it would be nice to ealk into the office for help vs. standing at a window day or night. The rooms and bathrooms have been updated and have nice plus beds. There was a nice set of chairs and a table to enjoy guests or eat. There is a microwave, a mini fridge with a freezer, and an alarm clock in the room. Everything was in working order and very clean. The cleaning staff were amazing even making my bed during my stay. I am very pleased and definitely will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Dead bolt lock was hard to lock. It seemed like it wasn't lined up well.

Website photo is lobby is not true. You have to stand outside and check in. There’s plexiglass on the exterior wall of the lobby with a small window. When I gave the employee my identification, I asked him if I can come inside to check-in. He replied nobody comes inside. I was really taken back by that.

Came to Deland to work on our daughters business for the weekend, so this was just 6mi down the road. The rate for 1 night was perfect. We were really impressed. The room was excellent. Very pretty inside. We would definitely book again if we need too.

The room was huge. It was a corner room that felt like a suite. Parking right outside the door. Bathroom door was squeaky but other than that, this was a great choice and value for the price. Very clean and comfortable. Water pressure was meager but we’ve experienced that in most places we stayed in Fla during our trip

The room was super clean, loved the way check in and out were super easy and fast. The fact that housekeeping went above and beyond to show us a clean room every time we came back was soo great. I also love the cable selection lots to watch especially for children. It's right dab in the middle of everything you do need a car to move around but walking distance to a 24 hr 7/11 was great as well. The price was also great for 4 day stay. I also do recommend the food trucks near Kissimmee. So many choices and awesome food.

There is a $100 incentives charge that there is no mention of until you check in, option forking beds would be awesome as well but i think they are all queen size.

Our second weekend in a row staying here due to a job requirement. We absolutely love staying here when we're in Deland. Everything here meets our expectations.

In the location we wanted close to DeLand. Nicely decorated rooms.

The a/c is very efficient but unfortunately blew very cool over both beds very strongly. The location of the a/c unit is the same setup in most motel rooms so there is really nothing the motel can do about this. Last time I was here maybe the weather was cooler.
