We had a very late and last minute check-in, due to a late flight to Orlando Sandford International, we made it to hotel just a few minutes before midnight, front desk staff very polite. Only stayed for the night to catch another flight in the early am. Hampton Inn never disappoints us: always spotless, nice toiletries, nice breakfast choices. Nice neighborhood, about 15 minutes from airport. I wish they had airport shuttle, Uber costed us about $ 25.- for the night and $20,- to come back in the morning; but was a good choice for my family.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel, and since I have small kids, my main concern is always cleanliness when staying in hotels. We had a great experience, as this hotel was very clean, organized, and conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from stores and restaurants. They also offered a good choice of breakfast. Overall, it was very convenient and absolutely recommended!

It was very clean and comfortable. I had a problem with the A/C the first night. They moved me to a better room.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I used to live just around the corner but never stayed there. I would stay again. I was however, disappointed there was no shuttle to Sanford Airport.

The hotel is well located in a calm and secure area with a large superstore that is accessible by foot. The hotel is modern and cosy. Our room was spacious with even an area with a sofa and a microwave which is useful. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast is also included and there are many options, you can even make your own fresh waffle.

The a/c in the room is a bit loud. Also breakfast time could be extended a bit longer.

I paid and ordered 2 beds, but a king was what they gave us and was told no room available with 2 beds. I have Multiple Sclerosis and sleep is essential for me to function the next day. I do not sleep with my husband as he has restless legs syndrome , and as expected he woke me up several times. My walking has been worse today. We asked for a different room but was told no rooms with 2 beds were available. That was very disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable, close to everything and everyone in the family. Breakfast was tasty as well. They were very helpful with the bags because my elderly family was with me, and that was one thing we definitely needed to check in and out.

It did take some time to check in and out in line and only had one person at the desk, but she was very nice and helpful, so definitely going have to be patient.

THe breakfast was great. I needed an early check in time and they were very accommodating and helpful. Parking was free and very convenient.

The hotel was hard to find in the complex it is located. The setting is beautiful but all the traffic circles are confusing. Took a couple of tries to get back to the hotel each time I went out and returned from a different direction.

Breakfast ended at 9:00am. However,I watched as the main foods( the eggs bacon and potatoes ) were removed at 8:50. So guests were still arriving for breakfast and got limited choices of food. Also, I agreed that my room would be cleaned every other day. My room was not cleaned at .all. The only service I received was a different set of towels.

the location inside the colonial park plaza is wonderful! it’s close to the airport. I could walk to Publix, f&d cantina, multiple restaurants, take a walk or jog with many tree covered streets. The pool area & bathrooms/pool house is quiet, beautifully landscaped & hidden. The room (king) was very clean and well thought out with hooks, kitchen appliances, and sink. the staff at the front desk were the sweetest and most customer friendly I’d seen in a long time time👍

only a few suggestions for making the stay better- working fan in the bathrooms; a bathroom door-the barn door is not a door (not sure why these are trendy- pretty but no privacy?!? I was traveling alone, not a problem this trip); the breakfast buffet needs fresh juice, eggs without cheese; lastly-even with the exceptional location, the price for a weeknight shouldn’t be $280-350. I love this place, but it’s getting hard to justify unless you allow for a much earlier checkin, or lower the price.

Located in a "business-type" area- safe and well lit. Very clean. Check-in quick and easy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Parking in front and back of hotel with security doors in both entry locations. Checkout seamless on the App.

I don't have any complaints about our stay. Everything went as expected if not better. Would recommend to anyone who asked. Did not use pool area so cannot speak to that area.
