It was convenient & although completely booked it was quiet. The staff was very friendly & nice.

They only do housekeeping once every 7-10 days so if you stay less you have to take out your own garbage, bring towels to the front for new ones, etc.…you have to bring sheets to the front desk & then remake your own bed if you need new sheets

Quiet! All of the staff here are great. Location felt private and not too many people hanging out outside like you usually see when you are at an extended stay. TV size was good!

Ants all over the inside of cabinets. Mattress was pretty worn in but soft. The carpet was pretty old and dirty - had to wear socks or slippers the entire time. One of the burners out and the fridge stopped working completely 3x and ruined some food. The internet is unsecured and terrible- would not keep a connection. Switching out towels every 14 days is absurd and grosssss.

That no one was able to help or provide information to a homeless family that was there for over a month so they could remain there until their rv mobile unit was available from united Florida she called the extended stay America customer service they sent her to ask the front desk which she did and the front desk turned around and told her to call customer service it was a extremely frustrating experience for this family.

The reservation stated breakfast and coffee available. However, this was not true, as we were informed upon arrival that the hotel type has changed and this was no longer offered and should have been reflected on the Booking website. I do feel we overpaid for this stay.

This property is very clean even though they allow pets I have seen and visit the other extended stay in Orlando and when you walk down the hall way is stinks the room stinks and they are dirty . Not this property the rooms are clean staff is very helpful and nice, and the property is clean . I love it and will be back

The staff is amazing!

The breakfast was in the price we paid, yet it was no longer offered at the property. I do feel the price should have been adjusted based on less amenities. No kitchen supplies offered any longer without buying them.

A kitchen with sink, full sized fridge, microwave, & stove, also can go and get kitchen appliances to use for free at front desk. Comfy recliner chair. Several entrances. Quiet. Smelled good. Pet friendly but still pretty clean. Kind staff

Out of shampoo, big stains in carpets, shower/bath drain clogged, all drains were smelly when running the water, free breakfast but only muffins & granola bars available. No swimming pool or hot tub

I booked at extended stay not knowing that they have a sister hotel right next to them with the same name one hotel has a pool and the other no pool just be careful when booking

Very close to my work. Bed was comfortable.

If you stay stay on the 3rd floor, kids running and stomping at all times of the night

Comfortable and quiet room.

The kitchenette appliances are very old looking with large spots of rust on the refrigerator.
