A/c was good, bath tub was very nice. curtains were very good at blocking light. We couldn't figure out how to open them. With a/c on like fan blocked out 95 percent of all the noise in entire area. staff was biggest plus very polite friendly smiles and actually made convo with you.

Only thing was maybe the room we were in used to be smoking room and when we 1st arrived no a/c on and it smelled like old cigarettes and floor was even a bit damp feeling. After a few hours didn't smell as much. Also bed seemed a bit small like Full not Queens but comfortable.

First of all let me start by saying the whole staff are awesome so are the housekeeping ladies. They go out their way to make every guest happy,sleeps well, they make sure guests do enjoy their stay and make sure they do enjoy the room also. I give them 10 stars for hospitality, 10 on how the property is taken care of along with the room. 10 for everything. I recommend this property to everyone. It is a very safe and quiet place, have breakfast, and pool is awesome always clean. Don't go based on the bad reviews obviously they did something that wasn't allowed or didn't respect hotel rules or something happen where they just wanna make them look bad. Honestly its been a great stay I come here every week for a few days since my job is in the area. Like I said don't go based on bad comments.

We had a very pleasant stay. While it is obviously an older property the grounds are immaculate. The rooms were clean and updated. It was a nice quiet place. The staff was friendly.

A little better quality coffe in the room and more than one reg and one decaf would have been nice. A tea option would have been nice in the room, as well. Not sure what they offered with the breakfast as we had plans to meet family so didn't check out the complimentary breakfast.

Price cleanliness and friendliness of staff

It was advertised to have breakfast included and it was poor selection for breakfast. We were there 4 days of the orange juice was never available. You didn't have access to really any hot food and the milk for your coffee was in a multi-use gallon jug and it should have been single use for sanitary reasons. So the breakfast component of the stay was horrific. Everything else was perfect

I was very impressed with this hotel. We enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly & hard working. The room was clean & beautiful. The gentleman at the from desk allowed us to check in early. We were so thankful for that!

The pillows were not comfortable. I was disappointed with other guests. There was a gentleman that worked very hard cleaning the lot. You could tell he took pride in what he was doing. Wake up the next morning & guest threw their cigarette butt's where he just cleaned. Just rude!

They really did their best to maintain the cleanliness of their hotel. Rooms were large and spacious. They had a refrigerator as well microwave. Room smelled very nice and felt comfortable. I like that every room has a bench outside of their room cute touch and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend this place for a quick stay while traveling or maybe for two to three days. Past that due to the hidden mold that could cause long term effects I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.

No places to put your cigarettes butts if you have them. I looked around the property and noticed they have none for smokers which would prevent them from throwing them wherever. The places isnt perfect. So the reason I don't give it a perfect high score. Found a few ants in my tub after a bath was given to my youngster. He only seemed thirsty but still in a perfect world we would prefer no bugs ever in a room we rent. Also their is mold under the facet of the shower as well under the wall of the shower and you wouldn't actually notice it unless you look. Since I rate a lot of hotels I look for these things and sadly this placed failed that test. Also rust all at the bottom of the stainless steel tissue holder again you may not notice it unless you are me who notice everything thing.

The grounds were really nice, that swing is a nice touch. I enjoyed that the most. Pet friendly. Room was super clean. It was quiet. Staff super friendly. Worked for us because it was close to where we needed to be.

Breakfast!!!! A bowl of cereal and packaged something, not sure what that was. Not a real breakfast. Completely disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The courtyard and pool area was very nice. They had lovely flowering trees, and a working fountain. I would stay here again and recommend it to others traveling with their fur babies.

I would have liked more bread options like bagel & cream cheese and a toast for toast.
