My friends and I enjoyed the view of the lake, the private location and the staff they were very accessible and accommodating. The Continental Breakfast (included)-there was a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from & the staff was ready to cater to our breakfast needs. We will definitely book w/Cabin on the Lake again in the future this is our new staycation spot when we are in the area! Thank you! 😊

We have no complaints.

the property sat on a beautiful lake tucked in a quiet lot. the front porch has some chairs for seating and there was a cute dock with chairs to sip coffee or watch the sunset. There was an abundant continental breakfast spread with hot waffles or pancakes made to order. that was very nice!

the only drawback was a few rules like no in room and you could hear noise throughout early in the morning.

The new owners told us they bought the cabin 4 months ago. They are somewhat inexperienced and overall were good hosts. They only issue is that they did not state clearly on their website the size pet our friends we able to bring. When we got there they stated that the weight limit is 30 lbs. Their dog is very docile and certainly did not cause an issue. The male owner made a snide comment as we were leaving that the dog was not 30 lbs. I thought it showed poor judgment. My recommendation is they state the size and weight of any pets clearly on their website.

A large selection of choices for breakfast was available, nice for a small place. Fresh fruit was abundant, good coffee. The location was extremely quiet and peaceful, the lake is small but beautiful, complete with blooming lily pads. A great spot for a restful night’s sleep.

The bed was a bit hard for our taste.

A beautiful cabin! Very clean, comfortable and the setting was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The hosts are very responsive. They're a lovely couple. Check in was easy, as was check out. Great continental breakfast. I highly recommend!

Great B&B. Communication was great. View and setting was beautiful. It was nice to find a mini fridge in the room and it was stocked with water. The coffee and snack station in the lobby area was convenient and appreciated.

The bathroom is semi-private. It is inside the bedroom but no door on the bathroom. There is a hallway leading into the main part of the bathroom, so the bathroom is not viewable from the bedroom but a little odd to not have a door; especially when staying with more than just you or a significant other.

It’s gorgeous! so many little touches make it feel like coming home but also it’s so much cuter than my house! the decor is perfect, the owners are absolutely lovely, the view is superb and it’s extremely convenient to Cassadaga.

This was an exceptionally serene and peaceful night's rest! The setting is lovely, the room quite beautiful and comfortable, and the hostess was kind, helpful, and welcoming. I just wish we had time to spend a couple days, instead of just overnight. It would have been both refreshing and renewing!

A hot breakfast would have been nice, but in light of Covid safety measures, there was quite an assortment of alternatives (fruit, deluxe instant hot cereals, sweet rolls, granola bars, etc) as well as coffee and tea.

The location was very quiet and peaceful. the lake view was very nice. Unfortunately a breakfast could not be served due to Covid restrictions. But coffee and various snacks were available 24 hours. our room was very attractive and comfortable. We met the owners,Hugo and Olga. They were extremely pleasant and Hugo even gave us a tour of the property and pointed out his plans for expansion. My companion and I agreed we would return again.
