Breakfast was great, lots of variety and lots of high protein options. The on-site laundry facilities were great for my work trip. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - even accepting parcels on my behalf that I needed sent to the hotel during my stay. Being close to lots of restaurants and shops meant that I was able to go and get dinner easily, I could access everything I needed, and I never felt inconvenienced. Additionally, free parking was a real delight! It made the stay even easier.

There wasn't much I could complain about. I really enjoyed my stay.

I really appreciate the attention to presentation. The way the room was presented was really nice. Staff took great care in setting up the room. Bowtie bathroom tissue, flower face/nose tissue, swan/heart shape towels. The entire room and bathroom was clean. I didn't have an issue with the television. Breakfast smelled wonderful.

The pancakes smelled amazing but were a little airy. The eggs were too scrambled, I couldn't get anything on my fork. With the cost of everything going up, it would just feel wonderful to catch a break on hotel stay. I probably would have stayed longer if I was able to afford another night or two.

I wasn't executive head housekeeper for 25 years in different hotels. I have never entered a room that I did not inspect and find something wrong with it until this time. The young lady that cleaned that room was amazing. My next trip to florida will be at that same hotel.

Our stay was exceptional and more than what we expected. Our room was very comfortable. The front desk receptionists on both the night and day shift went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back.

The continental breakfast was great! A nice variety! Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The jacuzzi was cold and jets didn't work. The lobby said it had been on their "to-do" board for 2 days but a person that frequents the hotel said that it had been broken foe 3 weeks....the water in the shower and sink smelled like well water.

We had to move my daughter into her dorm at the university nearby. It was close to the university, staff was nice, super comfortable bed & hot shower! One of the days i got up early enough to eat the continental breakfast. It was hot & delicious! We even had time to enjoy the pool & jacuzzi. It was great!

There was nothing I didn't like!

the staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Housekeeping was outstanding as were all people at all hours involved with helping out or getting a need fixed.

One person, one day at breakfast used her dirty cleaning rag then placed on top of clean plates that people use for their breakfast. We were all grossed out but I took the dirty crap and trashed it. Not a good thing to be so careless.

OMG WHERE DO I START. ME AND MY WIFEONLY STAY AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ,WHEN YOU WALK IN YOU SMELL THE CLEANLINESS IN THE ENTIRE PLACE. WHEN YOU ENTER THE ROOM OH SMELLS SO GOOD TOOK ASHOWER IN CLEAN BATHROOM AND SHEETS AND COVERS SMELLED LIKE AHHHHH , LIKE I WAS DOING A COMMERCIAL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.. DID NOT DO BREAKFAST THERE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OH SOAWESOME AND I WILL LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW ABOUT HILODAY INN EXPRESS.. KEEP UPTHE GREAT WORK..

I love your breakfast. The location is right for our training site, close to so many restaurants, and convenient to get on I-4. Thank you for accommodating our need for one unit without extra charge when I originally booked 2. I wasn't sure whether more could be coming.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was out on 4/17, but you didn't have control over it.

It was a great location to my daughter's university while we were visiting her. Beds were extremely comfortable, shower was hot & hotel was quiet. The pool was very nice after a long, hot day of moving my daughter into the dorm. Close to several restaurants.
