Food was great, and entertainers were fantastic and bonded well with the kids. Easy access to the beach and reservation of umbrellas for gotel guests. Great activities scheduled around the pool during the day. Cocktails and most alcohol included.

The room was a bit damaged: - The balcony door could not be closed and was not fixed despite being reported at reception. - The shower head was damaged and so could not be used on full pressure as the shower head shot vertical and fired water horizontally across the room. - Reallt bad smell in the bathroom whenever the ventilator fan was used. Soft drinks were all knock off versions e.g. cola was a cheap tasting one and not coke

Everything was perfect, The hotel looks older from the outside, but inside is modern, very nice. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, clean and big bathroom. All inclusive was rich, very tasty food, lots of options. All fresh. Good pizza at the poolbar. Also, very good wine. And nice staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean beach, clear sea. 15 min walking distance from the old town, you can go straight along the sea.

On booking we chose room with seaview (at least pictures for this room showed seaview) and had only partial seaview (after leaning out, right across our room there was view to other building) which was quite disappointing, Also, we were 3 adults in the room and the balcony had only 2 chairs, which hardly fitted there. Hardly 2 people could be on balcony together, no way we could be all 3 in the balcony. I believe the hotel has rooms with bigger balconies....

The hotel is all inclusive, placed on the beach, has a outdoor pool and indoor pool. Also, the hotel has a private beach, with bar and music. The entrance in the sea is lean. The staff is very nice, the food is diverse and great and there were at least 5 meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner and between). The room is spacious, has a big TV, a fridge, the bathroom also and has a bathtub. The bed is very comfy. The room was cleaned daily and they put bottled water daily. We are very pleased for the stay.

The room was large, with a large bathtub. The location was fantastic. Beutiful view from the room, private clean sandy beach, and walking distance on a nice promenade by the sea to old Nessebar. The food was diverse, and we easily found something for every one of us to eat ,even for a vegan. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The price is very good for what you get. Overall, we spent a very nice week here.

The sofa in our room was broken, and the lights in the corridor leading to the room were out for a few days. Overall, it was a bit outdated. But the biggest problem was the wifi , it was completely unusable to us, so we rallied on data sim cards instead. You need to pay extra for parking, and one of the staff needs to open the parking lot gate for you , and he is not always there.

Very nice location and well-thought-out hotel building and infrastructure. Everything is very convenient to use. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. Nice sea view. Tasty food and good service at the restaurant.

Very! Very bad WiFi! There was none in our suite( The convertible sofa was unstable, with a very thin mattress and ill-fitting bedding. We booked room for 3 adults, but it wasn’t a very good experience for our teenage son( People smoke everywhere and there is a smell of tobacco and smoke everywhere as well( Very loud music in evening you can’t be outside or even at your room with closed windows if you don’t like it

The view from our room, the pool, the room itself, the amenities, everything! The food is beyond tasty. The manager Vlad was amazing. He was helping us with any question we had. Helped us organize a small celebration for our friend’s birthday as well. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I don’t have enough kind words to describe the experience we had.

This is the best hotel we have ever been.We love everything ❤️ The location is perfect, and the cleanliness is very high hygiene level! The housekeeping staff is very good and friendly. The administrators and the restorant's staff are very friendly and approachable. We love the pool, and the animation staff really help to make perfect memories. We will defenetly be there next year.The room was very large and all the furniture was fit and new. All the best to all staff who make our vacation the best of the best.We love Nesebar and especially this part of the beach where we have been for the last 7 years. We will defenetly recommend 👌

Tasty and fresh food all day long. Great variety of selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Easy access to the private beach, sea was shallow with small waves and fine sand - perfect for kids. Walking distance to the old Nessebar which is worth seeing. We were pleased by fullfilling our request for a sea view room.

Room equipment is a bit old and also room disposition is a bit ineffective. Renovation would help for sure, but that's not something what would spoil your stay.

A lovely stay, we hadn’t been to Nessebar before and it was amazing. Food was much better then expected, something for everyone. Drinks included cocktails. Location is perfect, a short walk from the old town and a beautiful view of the Black Sea - we saw dolphins with breakfast. Would defiantly go back to Nessebar and this hotel is great for the price!

Not the fault of the hotel but there is an excessive amount of seagulls! My partner and I were both “messed” on whilst sunbathing on separate days.

4 stars is 4 stars. Personnel was ok, i don't really had too much interaction with them. The food was exceptionally good and wide offer. A lot of people complain that in allinclusive hotel they put up som kilos on them... It wasn't the case at all, i was able to eat absolutely healthy and still delicious.

I've heard rumors about some guests having bad rooms. Our group had 2 very nice and clean rooms, No complains from us. Maybe i would expect more Bulgarian specialities in food (i am a big fan of tarator but would love to know others too), and better marking of the foods (sometimes i just picked up things to try it, having no idea what is that).
