Everything was fabulous, clean well appointed and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful,we had an issue with the main bathroom light but they got someone onto it right away. Pool was great. Easy walk to the main street and the beach.

Only thing that would make it perfect would have been a lift especially when bringing up bags and supplies, and would have made it easier on one of our companions as his mobility is not as it used to be but even they have said would happily go back for another stay(so long as it's not further than the first floor 😂)

Friendly welcoming staff, location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, and 2 minutes to Maccrossen St. the apartment was very clean, well presented, and kitchen had everything you could need. Pool area was inviting and relaxing, we didn’t use the bbq however appeared clean and speaking to other guests, they were very happy with the heat cleanliness and utilities. The showers had great water pressure, the Wi-Fi was excellent, we watched the f1 via Wi-Fi, no issues.

Great location to main street of port Douglas. Loved the window shutters in all the rooms and the doors that opened out onto the verandah. Comfy couch and plenty of cooking utensils. Heated swimming pool was awesome, in a really tropical setting. This was easily the best place we stayed in FNQ and would definitely return.

Probably just the stairs as we were on the top floor. Older people would be best to book a lower floor room.

Really good size and comfortable, great location too. Staff, Brook in particular were really friendly and helpful.

We unfortunately had a flush problem with one of the toilets that I must admit was sorted straight away, just one of those things! One other issue, down to it being low season apparently, was early morning maintenance in the apartment next door, a little annoying on our first day.

The apartment was everything we hoped for, it was clean, AC worked well, good facilities, free on site parking, short walk to the beach, easy access to the shops and restaurants. Amanda was a great manager very pleasant, informative and made sure we had all that we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would recommend 100%.

Location was fantastic apartment was very nice, very large and exactly what we expected.

Unfortunately for us it was very noisy from around 5pm until 8.00. Nothing to do with the accommodation just noisy children which was nice as they were having a lovely time but combined with the noise of the birds and bats it was all a bit much for us. However I would recommend staying here if that didnt bother you too much.

Had a two bedroom apt facing the pool- very clean and modern- perfect location for beach and main st and close walk to Marina. Lots of space- second bedroom nice and dark for babies day naps- will definitely book again!

People a bit noisy at night walking up the steps to the entrance of the back apartments. which can be loud if in apartment 11 with the bedroom shutters open. Just needs a sign on the wall!

Fantastic location - short walk to both shops and marina in on direction, and beach in the other. Very comfortable apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Poor area was small but sheltered by tropical trees as a refuge from the summer sun. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The climb up two flights of stairs in the heat. As a bonus, all good exercise !

Outstanding service, Amanda was very helpful and was always very accommodating. The recommendations for trips and restaurants were amazing and was also very kind to give us a late checkout. The views from the balcony were lovely and we enjoyed the tropical vibe. The room was nice and spacious and kept us cool with all the fans and air conditioning in each room. Such a great addition, especially when it’s hot.

Location is perfect, a few steps to Macrossan. Our apartment (2) was lovely with a nice tropical garden outlook over the pool. Managers are very friendly & made sure we had an apartment with the least amount of steps to access due to a friend’s knee injury. Highly recommend.

Only hiccup was our fridge didn’t get cold. Management was apologetic and it was getting fixed after our stay.
