The location of the property was excellent with a short stroll to the main street for shopping, cafes bars etc. plus also a short stroll to the beachfront. The pools at the property we thought were a bit old school (not very inviting to us)

Referring to apartment 2. We thought that our apartment was very outdated (1980ish) and was very much in need of the owner/s reducing the size of their wallet and bringing the whole apartment's decor up to modern day standards. Armchairs & couch very much in need of a major clean or better still replaced. Check all the chipped paint on the windows to the side of the room. Bathrooms needed updating big time (check out the shower base in the en-suite to the main bedroom. Most of the appliances (except for the toaster) were very good as were the utensils provided.

Especially loved the location of this property. It was an easy walk to everywhere. It was great to have a rooftop space to sit in the sun and to do yoga on the deck in the morning. The couch was comfortable and there was a lovely through breeze, in the third floor apartment. Particularly like the bigger spaces in older apartments. The staff were super helpful and efficient too. The heated pool was an added bonus, made use of that each day.

Unfortunately the bathroom really let the apartment we stayed in down. It was large enough, but the shower over the bath was an accident waiting to happen. We wore our thongs in the shower to make sure we didn’t slip. The toilet seat was falling off and the general appearance of the bathroom was tired. The door to the laundry was knackered and didn’t open or close properly. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly and we had grubby feet if we wanted to walk around barefoot.

We stayed in building 1 unit 3 in a renovated apartment which was located on the first floor overlooking one of the pools. Very clean/new accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect to walk to the shops, beach etc.

The main bedroom aircon didn't seem to work. Parking under building 1 is only available for 2 small cars. We were permitted to park there with a big 4WD but near impossible to get in/out if the other parking spot is taken. Plenty of parking on the street though.

Good location, beach one way, shops and restaurants the other. Good size 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Washing machine and dryer in room. Comfortable beds and lovely pillows. 2 pools on site, used the slightly bigger one as a bigger seating area.bbq available (we did not use it)

Balcony floor needs a good clean, black slime around the edge. 2 steps into pool which were very difficult to see when getting out of the pool as its the same colour as the pool flooring. 3 of us stubbed our toes on it, 1 resulted in a small cut. Really needs a coloured edge on the steps to make them more visible.

Great location. Loved the 2 pools. Great value and space in the apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen living and dining plus a balcony.

Loads of onsite parking but the spaces were try tight to get in and out of so we ended up parking on the street instead which was still super convenient. Had basic supplies for tea and coffee but no salt / pepper oil etc so we had to supply our own, plus you need to pay for extra toilet paper and shampoo if it runs out.

Great location just a stone throw from 4 mile beach and at the end of the main street so you can walk up and down the whole street. Very friendly and helpful staff, we left a ring at in the room and the staff were so helpful and honest in returning it to us ASAP. Lovely pool and BBQ facilitates, good strong free wi-fi

The age of the room and the maintenance of the room needs addressing. The ceiling fans did not work properly and the floor of the balcony was breaking up and very dirty.

Excellent location close to beach and on the main street. New kitchen and bathroom, all rooms air conditioned with the ceiling fan, new comfortable leather couch.I enjoyed swimming pool and a spa open conveniently till 9 pm, nice cool swim after hot day. Friendly staff. Parking onsite. We really enjoyed our stay.

Narrow parking. 2 single beds did not have breaks on the wheels.

Comfortable beds. Clean facilities. Washer and dryer very handy in humid weather. Efficient Air-conditioning in each room. Pools were clean . Location perfect to main shopping area.

The building could do with a facelift, looking a bit tired. Gaps between walls and windows , to the outside. Letting in bugs. Security light beams in 3rd bedroom at all hours.

location is wonderful, the accommodation was really lovely, and all the additional little touches were welcomed.

A little bit noisy, had some restless nights from above us walking, dragging furniture, dropping things at all hours of the night. Balcony was over the pool, not really an issue most people stuck to the time rules for use of the pool

Its location was fantastic. Apartment well equipped very comfortable beds too!

Only a couple if sun loungers and they are extremely rigid and uncomfortable. Saw a couple of mesh ones and used them but a man moved them to area where I got them from as if they were his.
