Port Douglas peninsula boutique hotel is a well located cute hotel that has character. Only 5 mns walk from Main Street and shops. The manager and staff are very nice and helpful . Upon arrival my room was great and clean . Mattress and pillows were very comfortable too. Air conditioning worked well and there were no bugs🤗. The included breakfast was fabulous and dinner nice .

This hotel could be a jewel but at some point needs a bit of TLC renovation ( repainting / changing floor corridors going to rooms / and cleaner in corridors/ and pool surround). the pool area is nice but : 1. There are unclean things in areas inside the pool and 2. The white table by the sun chair was disgusting when it’s so easy to clean … Aside from that I would highly recommend and will be back !

The room was exceptional, in great condition, and featured a specially designed large bathroom with both a shower and a big bathtub. I loved the warm and welcoming design, with terracotta tiles on the floor and small greenish square tiles in the bathroom. The kitchenette was amazing, equipped with a small dishwasher drawer and a coffee capsule machine. I requested a high floor with a good view, and they fulfilled my request. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Given the small area, the pool was nicely integrated with waterfalls and multiple levels. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient to get you started for the day. You could choose a main course with sides and a hot barista drink, and all in-house guests received a fruit platter. Additionally, there is a laundry room on every floor, and usage is included in the room rate. Overall, it was a very good hotel in its category.

Housekeeping didn't consistently refill the coffee capsules, and the floor could have been swept better, as I often felt sand on my feet or socks. Otherwise, the room was clean. Reception was not open 24 hours. On Sunday, when I checked in and wanted to book a massage, the reception had already closed by around 4 pm. There were not enough deckchairs.

The location was a dream. The description said across the street from the beach, but it’s a tiny street and there it is! In March it was quiet there, which made it extra wonderful. The hotel was a little boutique style with impeccably friendly service. Free parking. The breakfast was included and amazing every morning. They started a dinner service literally while we were there. Dinner was excellent and done with a lot of care. The hotel was within walking distance of the little village and some great casual restaurants/bars. Close to the marina. Beautiful warm whimsical pool. It was a great place to come home to each night or spend the day right in the neighborhood. Sad to leave paradise!

Beautiful location across the road from Four Mile Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool. Nice breakfast. Overall, very nice experience and we wouldn't hesitate to come back

The spa bath in the room was not clean upon our arrival. However, when we asked to clean it, it was done. Coffee capsules were not topped up in the room. So we had to ask for them. Perhaps due to high occupancy in the hotel, we had to wait for hours for our room to be serviced with a sign on the door "please make up the room". This was a bit awkward as you never know if the cleaners come when you are having a shower, or taking a bath, or having a nap.

location is amazing right opposite the 4 mile Beach, great views form my room., Breakfast included & was very good.

The layout of the Pool area is really good, but it does need a refurb.

Location - wonderful view through palm trees to the stunning Great Barrier Reef coastline. Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Staff friendly

This could be a classy property but it has some unclassy problems. The breakfast menu is limited and you are only allowed to select one item - and have one cup of coffee. It feels like penny pinching. The pool is good but the missing tiles here and there - and wobbly paving slabs around it - just all combine to let down what should be a great hotel.

The suite was very comfortable and well equipped. Great access to the pool and beach. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. We loved having breakfast in the morning.the little extras made all the difference and we felt very welcomed.

Probably needing some maintenance around the pool and a warmer pool.

the location was great across the road from the beach and only a short walk to restaurants ect, the breakfeast was very good 10/10 and the staff were exellent very engaging and helpfull

the apartment has a kitchen but its not very well equiped , not good for cooking their is no exhaust fan over the hot plates ,as a result we set of the fire alarm ( not ideal)

Great location and fabulous breakfast with sea views

We arrived and the dates for our arrival and departure were all wrong!!! Fortunately a lovely room was found, but we then needed to move the next day and wait for it to be ready!!! We were extremely lucky that a room was available or we would have been extremely unhappy!

The room was amazing. We had a beach view from the room. You walk across the street and there’s the beach or you can go one block and it’s the street with all of the food. You can walk everywhere around this town. I loved the complimentary breakfast. It was a huge perk and so yummy while staying at the hotel. The A/C worked and the room was cold and comfortable.
