Really liked the accommodation, great air con, spacious, spotlessly clean, brilliant to have a washing machine in the apartment given the heat and humidity. Didn't use the tumble dryer. Absolutely lovely oasis swimming pool and sitting area. Great quiet location within 10 mins walking to the town centre and marina and the ocean on the next corner where the safe swimming lagoon was sited. Lovely friendly hosts. Cannot fault it!

The location and facilities were perfect for our small group and they would suit a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and there kitchen facilities to make meals or enjoy a platter on the balcony overlooking the park with views of the sea. It’s only a short walk to the beach (1 block) and shops and restaurants (2 blocks). Staff were very helpful and very easy to deal with. Would definitely book again.

Nothing, we really enjoy this property

The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable, and very functional. The large outdoor seating area was a great place to unwind, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the marina, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d happily come back.

We were a family of 4 and we stayed in The White House Port Douglas for 3 nights during December of 2023. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, Washer and Dryer. One bedroom had a double/queen bed and the other had 2 single beds. There was a decent size living room, a small breakfast table. Things that are good: - Location: It is located just 1 block from the 4 mile beach. This is super convenient. - The shower and the Wash closet are in two different rooms which was very helpful for 4 of us. - The apartment was clean and updated. - The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you need to prepare meals. We didn't use the kitchen much but there was everything. - We had different towels for the beach and different towels for shower which was super appreciated - The check-in was very convenient. You are given a code to the safe and you take the keys from the safe and check-in to the apartment. We were able to check-in without any hassles. We also went right after the Cyclone Jasper and most of the other apartments were vacant. - There is a car park for the apartment and as there were only 2 cars it was easy to find parking.

The only thing I didn't like is that we found 2 cockroaches during out stay. I hear they fly in the air and it is difficult to control them...

We had a 2 bed apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent balcony complete with outdoor table and chairs. Kitchen equipment was comprehensive, perfect to cook your own meals. Smart TV was well sized. Beds were comfortable, and both ceiling fans and a/c. Offstreet undercover parking available. Only 2 blocks to Macrosan street. The beach is 50m away!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment felt so spacious and beautiful, with a large balcony that was perfect for relaxing. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for being so lovely and accommodating

the only thing that would have been useful was to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom but it was still ok without it. that's the only thing really.

Beds were super comfy and the whole place was clean and full of natural light. Obviously amazing access to town, harbor and surrounding beaches. The staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Only a small thing but it would have been nice to have some coffee pods supplied for the machine provided. Also a pity the pool doesn't get a bit more sun.

This accommodation was one of the highlights of our three week trip to Australia! The owners were so accommodating and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! The apartment is stunning, immaculate and has everything you need from the homely kitchen items such as sandwich bags to luxuries such as a tumble dryer! Outstanding!!!!

Good clean modernised well equipped accommodation. Perfect location close to the beach and town centre.

The pool was a waste of time, small with little sunbathing area as seating was under cover. However, with the beach so close, this was not an issue for us.

Their communication and staff were brilliant. Very helpful and initiated communication with late checkout which was so nice. I would definately stay there again

The lounge furniture was uncomfortable and let the show down. But that was the only negative.
