Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and facilities. Very clean and asthletically pleasing to the eye. Decent stay price. Food was fresh and tasty. Swim up bar and comfortable sun loungers. Beautiful tiered pool. Enterering reception was warm and welcoming and beautiful to walk into. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Close to everything you need including adventures and activities.

No phone in the room to call reception. No check in to see if we needed any amenities. Not being able to order room service due to app issues.

The rooms look great, nice and clean. The water in the pool is so nice and warm.. The restaurant looks beautiful.

This comment is not a complaint, just a suggestion.. We were in one of the family rooms, and I noticed there was no light by the kitchen above where we cooked. It's a bit dark when I was cooking. There was no toaster, more cooking utensils. Also, larger bowls there weren't any at all. The Internet was not working in the room as well, I wasn't sure if the cable channels exam Netflix & Youtube are not accessible. Couldn't watch anything else but the TV. As I said, on the above comment, this is not a complaint, just so you are aware. Other than that, we had an amazing time in your rooms. Highly recommend. Thank you may family and I had a freat time.

The place was stunning, exceeded my expectations even. The staff were all incredibly lovely and helpful. The pool is open until 10 pm, which was a huge plus. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious each day and the kitchen staff were always friendly.

If I had to point out anything at all it would be that the kitchen chairs in the rooms make a lot of noise when scrapped across the floors. We know this because there was a group of 20s lads having a gathering in the room above us and they were relentless with the chairs. My partner had a conversation with them and they stopped but yeah, the wooden kitchen chairs on tiles are no good haha.

We loved the pool area and pool bar etc. love how it’s easy to get to town

Our balcony wasn’t able to be used as there was a bunch of flies nesting inside the balcony frame (was all rusted) I have videos if needed. On the last night we were offered to change rooms but we were leaving the next day and my wife didn’t want to pack up our things to move so just stayed. The long pool with the jets too when we put it on the area filled with dirty mud water. Also got a photo of that which I found very gross we got out immediately. Besides this we love this place. Second time we stayed here just a could of things wrong this time

Room was cosy and separated bed to lounge , air con was good. Nice music was playing from tv when we enterwd which was a nice efdect and air con was on. Small things but nice touch. Bed comfy , poll was big , Restaurant was good too.Breakfast also good. The plants were amazing some of them , if your into plants.

Room on ground floor was near pool but had alot of plants blocking few of the pool , which room stated with pool view we didnt get. Could order food to room and get take away pizza but couldnt get a beer glass back to room.

The pool and the room was great! The size of the pool and the swim up bar was great. The room was spacious and the bed was lovely and comfortable.

The availability of food options was terrible. The menu at the swim up pool for lunch was poor. I had two children with me and would have loved to see some pedestrian options for kids. I wanted to stay in the resort to eat but was very disappointed by the menu options. Even the cheese pizza had blue cheese on it at the swim up bar! my kids ate it but weren't happy. Same with breakfast no options for kids. Dinner the same none of the basic options that the kids could share such as a steak or a parma nothing desirable on the restaurant menus. The dinning area always looked empty so I think I wasn't alone concerning the food. Other than this it is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to friends. Just please please improve the food options!!!

Loved the pool & cocktails. The staff were very good. Loved the location of our room. Pizzas & hot chips were nice.

Eight ball table was missing balls & pool cues were in bad condition. The ping pong bats were in bad condition too. These things were disappointing, and could easily be fixed to improve guests stay. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, we were expecting more of a fresh fruit selection being in the tropics, adding mango, bananas & passionfruit would be nice. Also a coffee machine coffee included in the breakfast would have been good. Gluten free hash browns are pretty easy to source and would have added a wider choice of gluten free options for celiac guests. We only took advantage of our inclusive breakfast once but if the above suggestions were in place, we would’ve had breakfast there each morning.

Bed, comfortable. Thank you for giving us an early check in! Really meant a lot, as we were needed it to get ready for the wedding. And thank you for a congrats card, a bottle of wine and small boxes of chocolate that you guys gave us.. That was so thoughtful and we really appreciate it. Oh, really admiring your lotus and beautiful garden!

Both toilets in our apartment (3002& 3003) were keep flushing, couldn’t stop, even after more than an hour. But managed to call maintenance to fix them. All good!

Nice and spacious, wonderful view of the pool.

The pool bar closed at 3 pm both days we were there although we were told it would stay open if there were enough people. There were plenty of people. The sign on the bar said the other bar would be available at 5 pm both days - so we couldn’t get anything to drink for 2 hours. The other thing that we felt let down by, was the meal in the restaurant. We ordered a pizza and it clearly a frozen one, like cardboard and didn’t taste good. We didn’t make the same mistake the following night.

My wife and I generally don't stick around the Hotel when we travel. We like to get out and see the sights. The Oaks was no exception. What we did use, was the Pool and Pool Bar which I thought was bloody awesome. We ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning. It was standard fare, bacon eggs, beans, fruit, cereals etc. It was very good, hot and well prepared.

It took me a while to find the rubbish disposal area, and there was no phone that I could see in the room. The phone was not really an issue, but I was invited to Dial 9 if I wanted anything.....work it out
