Great heated pool & there's a spa, but be aware structly only available from 9am-9pm. Nice apartment, all facilities.

Additional cost for servicing room daily was unexpected for price. Also additional cost for extra or clean towels & pool towels. Wasn't aware of this until after we checked in & we were stating for a week. Be aware if staying more than one night only a 'starter kit' is provided & after this you need to buy & provide your own toilet paper, toiletries, tea, coffee, garbage bags etc.

The location was good, only 15 mins walk to the town and 5 mins walk to the beach. The resort was nicer than I expected, the suite we were in was lovely and well equipped. The pool seemed nice, there was a covered bbq to use which was good. Overall I think the negative reviews for this place aren't deserved though.

It's a bit strange that the rooms didn't have windows, we did wake up to cockroaches in the bathroom but I think that's to be expected in the tropics. The reception staff didnt seem super friendly or proactive to help, but they do give out some discount vouchers so it's worth checking in with them. Also no lift made carrying luggage a struggle too.

Great pool and plenty of loungers and shade / sun options. Easy walk to the beach and not too far to walk into the village for shopping and supplies. Walk to town took 18 minutes (along the beach) which was fine for us, but would be a struggle in the hot season and with groceries. We loved (and used) the verandah daily, and there was not too much road noise.

No elevator to the 2nd floor apartment, but once we had carried our luggage up, subsequent ascents were easy enough. If you have an injury, or perhaps a little unfit, request a ground or first floor apartment when booking.

Absolutely loved the resort style, found it very beautiful and felt very cool and comfortable in the warmth. We were very surprised to have memory foam pillows and mattresses too, in our smartly designed two bedroom apartment. I had a double bed to myself in a very well air conditioned room with window shutters that were very good at keeping out light and keeping the cool in, found them to be a beautiful addition to the style. We had a group of three girls, and had the most wonderful time whenever we were in our accomodation and honestly were tempted not to leave at times, particularly with the pool set up including pool noodles and ball. A bonus being that we found a walkway to the beach not far at all from the back exit! Had a lovely little sunset beach walk to finish of our girls trip.

We did notice that sound does echo around the place a little bit, which at times was very noticeable but it wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen was very small but had everything we needed, very well stocked but highly recommend only one person cooking a simple meal at a time!

The accommodation was quite nice with a beautiful pool to relax in and very close to 4 mile beach. Well suited for a family holiday. Staff were great. Made it a great and affordable stay. Highly recommend

The apartment was ok, although lacked those little things that would have made it better, such as more cutlery, utensils, cooking equipment, bathroom spray, oven would have been great if you wanted to cook. Distance to the main street was about 15 min walk which was a little further than advertised

The pool was lovely and heated. We enjoyed lots of swims including in the July evenings. Reception was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were adequately sized with fans and nice balconies. Good location - we drove a fair bit but could have walked more!

With not much sun to our verandah and no washing machine in the room, it was a bit hard to get our it towels dry but I should have read the guide to find the shared laundry! I only noticed it on the last day. The kids' bedroom was a little cramped. You could only access the wardrobe if the beds were pushed to one side.

Fantastic location for a stay in Port Douglas. Very Short walk to 4 mile beach . Can walk into town from here too if wanted to .Free parking for our hire car.. everything you need for a comfortable stay .

Perhaps could be more modern stying but honestly had everything we needed so not a big deal

It is in such a great location, close to patrolled beach, town centre and marina. We arrived after hours, but it was easy to call the number on the wall to get the key. Our apartment is on the ground level overlooking the garden, and it was perfect for us. We didn’t use the pool, because we always swim at the beach.

Reef Club Resort was fantastic. We couldn't have been happier. Staff is more than helpful, with a great location, only a 15-minute walk from the main shopping strip. Everything was lovely and clean, couldn't fault anything. We will definitely come back.

Clean apartment with comfortable beds, dual bathroom access good, great value for money. Nice pool and good facilities.

Room 24 was located at the front of building on the main road, the doors to the balconies didn’t seal very well so we did get some road noise. The lights sometimes flickered, connected to moisture??? A/C went on lockout a couple of times but was easy to fix.
